Hotel Jaguar Oporto - Airport to Hotel and City is a free Shuttle Service

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. From the minute we walked in the door, Daniel at Reception was a gem. Incredibly welcoming and so proud and excited to talk about Hotel Jaguar. He is warm, friendly, engaging, and engaged. Daniel's directs to the subway (just 2 short blocks away), and instructions to get to the waterfront were thorough and easy to understand. We had a lovely dinner at the waterfront, and when we returned to the hotel, Daniel and Liana, the bartender, were waiting for us with a complimentary cocktail. They both shared their knowledge of Porto and Port. We had a fun conversation with them both. Daniel directed us to the parking lot just across the street from the hotel. An EV charging option is coming soon we were told. The hotel is new and is spotless. It has an eclectic design that feels fresh and hip with a little funky retro thrown in. There is plenty of seating in the lobby and at the bar. Our room had a wonderful balcony with chaise lounges and a sofa seating area. The bathroom had an enormous tub separate from the rest of the bathroom. The shower in the bathroom was large and comfortable. It is obvious that the owners put so much thought into the amenities. The room had a fully stocked mini bar with drinks and snacks. We didn't use it, and I'm not sure if it's complimentary but so nice to have, especially if you arrive too late to go out. There was also a plate of fresh fruit and a bowl of delicious individually wrapped chocolates, luxurious bathrobes and slippers, lovely bath products, and a hair dryer. The bed was divine and we slept so well. We are late sleepers and didn't have breakfast. There was coffee and tea in the room. The rate was very, very reasonable. We plan to go back to Porto and will definitely stay at Hotel Jaguar next time. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was quite nice, the Restaurant is bright and clean, the personal is very nice and asks if you need or wish something. Our room was way beyond what is clean and comfy. We got an upgrade, off-season, and the concierge and I think the Hotel manager offered us many additional services. Including a tour of the city in one of their EVs. Honestly, this place is a tip! Never experienced such quality, such friendliness from a Hotel. On foot, it's a 20min walk from the bridge but you walk cross the main shopping street, so the location is quite well too.

Everything, it is newly opened as well and everything is new and super clean. Internet speed +100Mps so is perfect for your business. The super nice and professional staff asked me for any comments or critics, I admire their eagerness for perfection but I honestly couldn't find any dislikes. Totally safe with the 24/7 attendant staff and well-centered location, super cheap considering the quality they are providing. I stayed before in between 2-5 stars hotels and this one surely will exceed your expectations. Also got a free upgrade with a jacuzzi just because! Highly recommended!

Pretty much everything! Ideal choice for that money. We’ve been spoiled with complimentary glass of Porto, fruits in the room, very friendly staff - 4star hotel with feeling of 5 stars. On top of that we had free shuttle service to the Airport - that was top of our stay!

Everything was great!

The hotel was was clean exuberantly decorated. There was free car parking in a secure garage. The hotel also did free shuttle rides to the airport and a tour around Porto. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Impeccably clean rooms with all the possible amenities you could need including a safety deposit box, complimentary fruit and water, tea, coffee and a mini-bar. The shower was well sized and there was a hairdryer and extra mirror with ring light. It was the attention to detail that really set this sumptuous room off. The shuttle service from the airport in a Tesla was prompt and gave a touch of luxurious comfort that embodied my entire stay at Hotel Jaguar. Every single staff member was welcoming and very helpful with recommendations for local food and drink spots, activities and how to get around the city. I couldn't fault anything about my stay and would highly recommend it as it is fairly close to Marquês Metro station and there is free parking if you have a car. Aside from that, the staff really go above and beyond to help, for example, when I needed to leave a little earlier than the advertised shuttle times. Muito obrigada, Hotel Jaguar! The four stars are well deserved!

The property is wonderful, extremely clean and in convenient location 10 mins easy walking from the city center. Very comfortable garage free of charge

My stay at the Hotel Jaguar in Porto was excellent. In fact it was even better than I expected. Before I even got there Rita from the hotel answered all my questions about check in and even offered a pickup from my arrival point into the city. When I reached the hotel Rita kindly gave me a free upgrade to a really wonderful room that was furnished well and spotless and so comfortable. Additionally, there were complimentary treats in the room and the offer of a shuttle to differing points of the city. When it came to knowledge the team gave me the best advice on where to go, when and even what the best walking routes were. Finally they even provided me a shuttle to the airport on my morning of departure. All in all this was a really surprising but great place to stay, qudos to the staff who were great.

the hotel was perfect, clean spacious everything new. the staff specially the receptionist Marta was stop on, I honestly have never met someone more kind, helpful and professional than her. I high recommend to book the jaguar hotel.

The hotel included free shuttle to the airport. It also included a free city tour in one of their vehicles. One is a Electric Jaguar, one is a Tesla Model X. We got dropped off where we wanted during the tour & then when we wanted to come back to the hotel, we just called them & they picked us up. The staff was wonderful. A staff member suggested a restaurant for dinner. It was fabulous and just around the corner from the hotel. They also had a complimentary cocktail for each of us and complimentary tray of fruit & chocolate in our room.

The room was small, but the bathroom was large. (Rooms in Europe are generally small.)
