- Our room was quite large and contained all the necessary amenities. - Every day, the bedroom and bathroom were cleaned and the towels were changed. - In the included breakfast, we had a good selection of food (bread, cereal, eggs, sausages, and sweets).
- The staff were not very friendly and helpful. Apart from the first day, they barely tried to communicate with us. - The toaster took quite some time to grill bread. - The second room which we booked was much smaller than our room.

The location of the hotel is still reasonable when it comes to a walkable distance to the city centre. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was the biggest I have seen in my life...
When I think of the size of the bathroom, I did not understand why there was only one sink?! Also, if you are staying 2+ nights, the breakfast was the same and it got a bit too monotone. Staff could be more polite as well...

The hotel is near metro and several buses! So it is good! However, the busses are not very on time in porto! So if you need bus, keep that in mind when you are choosing hotel. I was using the bus 303!

The hotel is really nice. Close to the metro station (easy way from and towards the airport) and also easy walk towards the city. The staff was really friendly and helpfull. The personnel at the reception was really polite and helped us with everything we needed. Everyday cleaning and good breakfast. We would really come back.
