Hotel Platinia

It’s a gorgeous modern hotel, and the corner suite was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the balcony views of the surrounding hills and the little rooftop park that connected the hotel building with other nearby apartment buildings. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom - modern and sleek with a great walk in shower. The generous walk-in wardrobe that connected the living space with the bedroom and bathroom was a lovely surprise. I would stay again and recommend it.

A free transfer to the airport would’ve been ideal. I thought the transfer was included when I booked the hotel, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. It’s not a big deal, but it’s one of these little things that distinguishes a great hotel from their competitors.

The room was a whole apartment, very impressive for the price. Coffee served at the restaurant was great! Decent hot food menu for breakfast. Staff friendly. Décor nice.

No food after we arrived around 23:00, hard to order food on apps, not in English and many ccs decline. Not that much food in mini bar and NOT 24hr room service. I forgot my plug adapter too, but only USB port I could find was on back of TV and took all night to charge one device, suggest to install a couple at least in each room - for idiots like me! Reception also didn’t have any spare. I got a bit lost in the apartment, also couldn’t find the Iron for ages. Coffee machine had an additional button which I couldn’t find but reception helped. Again, idiots like me need more instructions. Missing a bar, with the atmosphere, just reception and seating area, unless the bar was somewhere else? no signs.

The location is ok, close to the city center. The staff was nice and helpful. The apartment is spacious, with all the necessary facilities. A plus for the ironing board and espresso machine.

The toilet seat is ery close to the lateral wall and you have to touch the wall at all times. Some idiot thought that dressing the walls in fake wood panels made of plastic will be great. Well, it's horrible. The lighting is horrible, the cheapest downlights imaginable, that creates a huge discomfort. The hot water in the shower smells really bad There is inly one very small bottle of water (that you have to pay for) and it's impossible to make a tea out of it. Why having a kettle snd espresso machine if you don't have water?

Big rooms, modern design, good location, shopping center with stores and restaurants, underground parking, good a la carte breakfast. Comfortable beds, very clean room. Slippers and bathrobes available. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good value compared to similar hotels in the area.

Sewer smell in the bathroom, shower door not closing properly, electric socket in the bathroom not fitted properly, air conditioner leaking water in the room exactly over the TV and the same air conditioner making strange noises in the middle of the night. Trafic noise coming through the windows.

Just Wow! Super friendly staff who organised a last minute airport pick up at 2am. Rooms are BIG with great internet (80mbps download and 100 upload tested for work), breakfast very complete and beyond expectation. Hotel as quiet as it could get inside the rooms. We dropped something under the couch and not a single dust could be found. Air Con works great. Gym is fantastic (partnership with local gym in shopping mall 30segs walking). Overall, a true 5 stars at a good price with helpful staff. Highly recommended

the ONLY thing i felt odd, and this is to just fill this review box, was asking for water bottles to reception and being told to call the room service, and when calling the room service being told to call reception. But they sorted it anyway on their own. Nothing else besides this insignificant event

The breakfast was excellent, meaning variety, quality and very nice presentation. The breakfast room is wonderful ant the ambiance is really warm and cozy, doubled by a discrete musical background . One major advantage of the room was the presence of the balcony that offers the possibility of breathing fresh air any time you want.

The only inconvenience was the fact that the neighborhood was in construction and the sight was not very pleasant. Of course we do not blame the Hotel Management for this.

The location was convenient, the room was lovely and boy, that water pressure was worth the money! The bed was extremely comfortable and I really appreciated the desk - made it easy to have business calls. The restaurant staff was lovely and welcoming, true professionals.

The breakfast - even though it was highly recommended by other reviewers - I found the fruit subpar ( some pieces were literally off) which really takes away from the experience even though it would be so easy to resolve.

Gorgeous hotel; huge rooms, wonderful shower, comfortable bed, large TV,underground parking, and wonderful, helpful staff. The hotel is connected to a modern mall with restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. The breakfast at the adjacent restaurant was absolutely delicious and the staff was delightful. I would happily return and highly recommend. One of the best hotels in 2 months of travel.

Everything was perfect

I was astonished at how luxurious my room was. Stylish, HUGE, balcony where I could sit and sip coffee from the nespresso in the room. Just... wow. The included breakfast is at the restaurant across from the hotel in the shopping mall, and it's not the normal poor quality buffet. This is a full sit-down a la carte breakfast. Loved the entire hotel. Everyone in the hotel and restaurant spoke perfect english.

Very comfortable and spacious room, convenient parking, nice restaurants, connected to a small shopping center, and very modern and clean.

A bit far from the city center and the Old Town. Temporary road works in front of the hotel, which cause noise, heavy traffic and disturb the entrance to the hotel.
