Hotel Sunny Hill

Reception personal of the highest quality, very helpful and resourceful. Rooms are of good size, really comfortable mattresses. Mini fridge is well stoked and prices are mid range. I've stayed in two different rooms on the third floor, the view is nice.

Breakfast is good enough food wise. Water from the water dispenser tastes... bad. Orange / pineapple / whatever juice is not drinkable. Coffee quality is below average. You can eat but there's not much you cand drink unless you buy bottled beverages.

quiet, good VALUE FOR money. quite location, you can reach by car all locations in the town.

relatively bad organized breakfast, poor and same stuff everyday - not bad, but for a 4 stars Hotels expectations, as a customer, are higher. hotel has only 8 parking spots, can park over the street on a big plateau- no asphalt, little bit dirty when raining and stray dogs when getting dark. one day there was a very noisy party in the restaurant up to midnight.

The hotel room is spacious, has a large balcony and modern furniture. There is air conditioning, which was very important in the summer. The hotel is located in an area on the outskirts of Cluj in the middle of nature. The interior has a nice design. Check-out at 12 was a pleasant surprise.

The breakfast was varied, but half of the products did not look fresh (not spoiled, but only from one day to another).

Outstanding staff, genuinely helpful and professional people. Beautiful building, clean, comfortable spacious room and nice public areas. Absolutely loved my stay.

Wheelchair users could find parking challenging, as it is on a fairly steep slope and has no designated disabled parking bays. Most of the outside areas cannot be accessed in a wheelchair because of steps. However the staff are extremely helpful and compensate these shortcomings, so it's not a complaint. The food wasn't world class, but I guess that depends on what you order.

very nice location and big suite

The local staff in the reception and dinings needs a huge training since the foreign staff were much better and its unfortunate that this happened there , not smiling and a bit rude and they have no clue about customer service in hospitality domain at all and its the complete opposite of the housekeeping team and cleaners from foreign countries none locals.

-the room was clean -the staff was very friendly -parking lot was available -breakgast was good and tasty -it was a quite area and we had a very nice view from the lobby down the hall

It was a beautiful property. The room was big and clean, we also had a terrace. There is a restaurant right infront. The staff is friendly.

It’s a bit further from the city centre, and there is not a lot around other than the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast on one day was slightly disappointing, but on the second day was good.

The bath tub does not work so good as you need to wait up to five minutes to get a hot water. The hair dry was so old and the electric plug was broken. The room lights are halogen spots, hope you can make it all led to save energy.

It is perfect location in the nature, quiet and clean, not too far from the city. Restaurant is amazing. A lot of parking places for free, free Wi-Fi, free delicious breakfast

public transport is not great from the location, there is bus few times per day

The waiter (the one speaking in English) was absolutely great! Very kind, helpful, smiling all the time, super friendly. The food was ok (I've ordered panko fish and I didn't like it - too crusty and oily). The hotel is located on the outskirts of the town (to a 10-minute car drive from the city center) and near the forest.

The room was not very clean (the walls were stained with red wine or something) and the wallpaper, in some places, peels off.
