The room, furniture, design, location. All of it top notch

Breakfast was a bit lacking compared to the rest of the service quality and the restaurant's own food, which is excellent. Some extra amenities for the price would also be nice: no spa, gym or any real perks are felt on a longer stay.

The cleanliness was excellent. The size of the bedroom was very nice, not too small with a big bed. The staff was very nice and smiling. The view of the bedroom was cute, with a river on the other side of the road. The design of the bedroom was incredible, modern and chic with details. The state of the room was excellent. The isolation was very good. I also appreciated the small shampoo and kits, the safeboxe, the coffee machine and a full minibar.

The bed was comfy but for a 4 stars I would expect more, it was too hard. The breakfast had a lot of choices with REALLY good croissant! Unfortunately in 4 stars, I expect to have homemade meals or drinks. Juice was not fresh not good and only one choice of juice was present and the jam was very industrial, this is supposed to be a starter for a 4 stars hotel. The location of the hotel is far away from the center and located just down a road. I had a non-functional air-conditioning ...

I have stayed in quite a few hotels in Cluj over the years and this one by far is the best which makes me chose this hotel every time I plan a work trip. The staff always make you feel welcome and at home, the restaurant attached to the hotel has delicious food and drinks and the rooms are good sizes with views of the river.

no kettle/tea in the room and also got very hot without the windows open so could get a bit noisy with the road outside, aircon didn’t cook very well

The room was a good size for a couple, good shower head, view of the river from the balcony, nice restaurant - although we only got the breakfast.

The mattress and pillows were too soft for my liking, I woke up with a sore neck. The breakfast was rather small. The location was almost 3km from the center, not so great for walking all the time.

Excellent breakfast. Interior design above the expectations. The restaurant has nice and relaxing view on the Somes river. Personnel extremely helpful. We had also an excellent dinner on the restaurant.

TV might have been a larger size according to the room size.

Parking is free and safe.. the restaurant is great.. staff is very nice and young, typical transylvanian hospitality... lots of electric scooters dotted around the area - best way to visit Cluj (use Bolt app for scooters)... or uber.. i personally hate driving on a city break... i would recommend an apartment facing away from the street for a perfect sleep !

Dont drive to the old town.. difficult parking.. uber is only 3 EUR.. nothing to do with the hotel.. perfect location, safe parking.

I've been to this hotel before and it's still the best option to spend a few days in Cluj. It has a great view towards the river, friendly staff and comfy rooms. I booked the suite, which was absolutely fabulous, with large rooms, two bathrooms, two huge terraces and all the comfort I needed.

The interior design was lovely, and lighting I could say was the center piece of the room. Everything spotless, the minibar stocked and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was a classic Swedish buffet but the nicest touch for us was the freshly cooked omelette on the spot. We would definitely book again with the next occasion 🤩 P.S. - Amazing staff

My partner and I traveled for a bit of a getaway. Staff went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful one! We felt really welcome and spoiled.
