- The location was very nice, the people who work there as well. - Although it’s close to the main old street it was relatively quiet in the B&B. - As they offered also a parking spot it was easy to see other things around Jiufen by car. - For people who are used to walk a lot it’s probably also possible to walk to the Gold Museum, the Golden Waterfall and to some of the trails.

When I arrived the first time it was a bit difficult to find. To make it more easy for other travellers I have added a map with route to the B&B from the police station (which is quite central). Aside from the map I've added a few pictures of the (little) street people can drive into to reach the parking lot of the B&B behind the basketball court..

The room is clean and has a cozy vibe that really fit Jiufen :)))) This hostel have a nice view and nice garden with some cute kittens :))) the bathroom is clean and clear. Eventhough they said that they don't offer breakfast, but if you want, you could have bread and soymilk for breakfast, it's really nice! Generally, i don't have any complainces, if you visit Jiufen and wanna stay overnight, you should give this hostel a try !

Nothing, i really like this place

the boss of dosun was a kind man who gave us breakfast and coffee in the morning, and was very understanding and patient with advising us on late dinner spots in jiufen. the younger lady owner of the place also saved us a parking lot and kindly directed us when we arrived. the entire place was big for 3 of us and very comfortable for us to spend a night in jiufen, and we drank the popular xiaomi jiu at their open and spacious balcony overlooking the city at night. there was also a cute cat at the place. thanks dosun for being great hosts!

Extremely nice themed room (stayed in Hello Kitty themed room), very comfy with extra living room and glass roof, breakfast provided with warm soy milk, good location with nice view from the terrace (just short walk up hill from juifen old street), mosquito screens in front of each window, very nice owners

Pre-packed breakfast (toast with ham, cheese, egg and cucumber) with no vegetarian options, hard to communicate in English but manageable, signs to the hotel are only posted in chinese

The staff here were super lovely. The shower is amazing and a highlight after doing the Keelung Trail close by. This place is in a great location with a quick 3 minutes down to the Old Street. There is also incredible signage which is super helpful with all the alleyways! Also had such soft sheets. Overall, totally recommend if you're looking for a clean, nice, simple place.

The staff! they were so kind and honey, they took time to make us feel welcomed into their family run business. the view they have is exceptional. Business has been difficult for them with Covid but I hope they find success soon. They have done everything right.

it was somewhat difficult to find the parking space. Perhaps visuals or maps would be helpful. But parking is such a premium in Jiufen, I am not complaining. I was very happy to have a spot.

Amazing place to stay with stunning view of Jiufen and Keelung. Super walkable to Jiufen old street. We just stayed one night as a first stop on our journey, if we had a bit more time would really enjoy to stay one or two more nights.

The parking lot is a bit hard to find especially for foreigners. A pictured map with key turning points would help a lot to improve and could be sent with a link after booking.

Great location on top of the mountain with great view. Jiufen Old Street is within walking distance and all sightseeing places can be visited by foot. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great too and the breakfast room and terrace also has a great view. The car park near the basketball field was occupied, but the car park next to the fire department hads a spot. Both are within walking distance to the B&B.

The staff was so friendly, location had great views and was a 3min walk down to Old Street. There was a complimentary breakfast toast with soy milk. Free private parking available but a little difficult to find and through narrow streets. They give instructions in advance but may be easier to get staffs help.

Picturesque coastal ocean view from the property. High up in the mountain, it's amazing to see the colour changes in far away mountains and the clouds forming above the ocean and then lifting up into sky. Beautiful well maintained property and our room has a large well design bathroom. Walking down the hidden path/steps to the Old Street made me feel like a local. We really enjoyed the trip.
