Evergreen Laurel Hotel - Keelung

Friendly professional staff. The room was spacious and clean with large windows. Good water dispenser near the lift lobby.

The hotel is quite a walk from the Keelung train station, but it’s a straightforward walk along the harbour. Easy to find the hotel (tall green building). But there seems to be no other good hotel options near the station. The pool and sauna are not very well designed or maintained. Need to have proper shower facilities for guests, if not then need to provide bathrobes for guests in the room.

Located in the center of Keelung, the hotel was an excellent choice for my business trip. It was close to everything, bus stops, train station, supermarkets, night market, ports etc. Very comfortable.

A bit confused of the air ventilation system. Even if I turned off the air conditioner, there was still air coming out of ventilation and I couldn't stop it. The staff wasn't able to help (or didn't understand).

We enjoy the meals at the hotel. It was rainy when we checked in so we decided to stay in and have dinner at the buffet. We are very happy with the dinner buffet- so much to offer with sashimi, traditional beef soup, ice cream and more. The breakfast is great too. The room is spatious and the room is decently dry. We are grateful that there are dehumidifier in the room so it does not feel damp and wet in the room. We are also happy to see the little snacks that one typically get from EVA air- we missed them since we are not traveling any time soon.

The food is generally great. The only thing we'd like to improve is coffee. Someone needs to find beans that are not bitter and dark like charcoals. The hotel does not have enough elevators- it takes too long to get onto the elevators everytime one needs to move.

Spacious, good harbor view from the room. Decent and good breakfast spread. Strong shower head and decent location. Nearby keelung night market.

A bit of distance from the train station. Waiting time for the lift, as there is only 2. A bit steep pricing.

room upgrade and friendly staffs. They allow me to go up to the restaurant to take pic even I did not want to dine in it.

the pool and spa open at 830am which is pretty late for me. I finished the use of gym at 8am and driver pick up at 9am so I missed the spa.

Very clean and big room. Nice view from our room. The breakfast was a huge spread on the highest floor with nice view of the harbour. Nice neighbourhood with lots of temples, parks and restaurants within short walk.

Super comfy beds and the harbor view is awesome. Also love the games room and heated pool. Perfect place to chill and relax and enjoy the good food in Keelung. The staff is super attentive and friendly!

Satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. The staff are all approachable & kind, and the good thing was they can communicate in English language. The location & the view was excellent.

To use the sauna and hot tub you must be nude. This made my partner and I uncomfortable and frustrated as we paid for the facility yet felt like we couldn’t use it since we weren’t comfortable using it with no clothing.

Location is close the station and night market. Hotel staffs are friendly and always provide the perfect service.
