It was by far the best hotel I've been at if you compare what is provided to pricing. By international standards, I'd say it is a 4 star hotel for the price of a 3 star hotel. Additionally if you consider the location and ease of transport provided by being so close to the HSR station and bus lines the hotel is an easy 4.5 out of 5 for an astonishing price.

Too noisy from the guests who live upstairs… Running/ Moving bed or furniture … very noisy from PM 10:30~11:30… hardly to sleep!

The location was excellent. The bed was large and comfortable.
The décor of the hotel generally was very dated. The room smelt having had smokers. The furniture was old and had cigarette burns and the carpet had numerous cigarette burns. There was a bed side table on one side only, although there was a shelf above the bed. The decoration was old and the wallpaper had started to peel off. The window was very small and very dirty. The grout on the bathroom tiles above waist height was black with mould as was the bath surround. The room although quite large was grotty. I would not recommend this hotel and it calls into question the reliability of Booking.com. Frankly it has put me off using your company again.

The kingside’s bed was in bad shape because of its faulty springs and could not have well sleep.
