Loosha Hostel

I like that it's near the train station and near to most of the places I wanted to visit. The bed is fine and every part of the facility is very functional.

There are times when the water flow is not the best. They have signs and reminders regarding this, but it would have been great if the water flow is consistent 24/7. Too much hair in the girls bathroom but this is expected, maybe they should put more trash bins for the hair or more frequent clean up in the mirror area where girls dry their hair.

A few steps from the train station, this hotel is really well located for visiting the city center on foot. The accommodations all work perfectly and the lounge is an ideal place to rest at any time. The locker is large enough to store a reasonably sized backpacker bag. It seems expensive for a dorm but it includes lots of freebies like coffee, tea and more.

The roomers who shared the dormitory I was staying were messy as hell but that's not the establishment's fault.

Very clean. Near to the central station. Huge bathroom with plenty of showers snd toilets snd even fake Dyson hair dryers. Common area was big ad well. Space for even big luggage and personal cabins in the room. Not many people so rooms were empty.

The fragrance in the room was very heavy (artificial flowery), and you couldn't open a window. Everyone had problems sleeping, as we started coughing during the night, aircon didn't help.

Super hostel in the ideal position for a visit to Taichung. I stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed the free coffee machine, bean to cup. I found the common area great for relaxing and taking a video call. Overall, I liked it and would stay again as the staff were so helpful with booking my onward travels 🤠

The WiFi in the communal area was good but didn't work in the room. The bed was comfortable but the mattress was a bit thin.

Right at the train station, ideal if you reach Taichung late or have to leave early. + place is clean + staff friendly and helpful. I could leave my bag there until 8.30 pm and also stay in the lobby when I had a late flight, which was really good for me.

Facilities are a bit older than in many places I've stayed in Taiwan - the bathroom area with many showers and toilets is very hot and humid - if you book late the stay can get very expensive

I like the dinning area, it is cozy. Also the bed, nice for short stay.

I think the emergency route is quite less as there only one way for exit. Another one I think that can be improved is the ventilation system of bathroom, it is quite uncomfortable if every hair dryer was in used.

Area around the train station...a lot of drunks.

The location is nearby Taichung Train Station, we go to the hostel only five minutes. The environment here are also convenient and neat. Male and female are separated so we don't need to worry about our safety. Bathroom with the door for whom come back hostel late can take a warm shower.

The electric door was close very soon that make me feel a little dangerous. When I passed through the door, it almost ran into me once.

Very clean hostel and very conveniently located just across the Taichung station. Large locker, good space on the floor to tuck your luggage away. Bathroom and toilets were plenty

The keycard was needed to power the lights in your bunk, and the locker keys were attached to it. But that's just a tiny inconvenience, I would definitely still stay here again

Hostel staff all are friendly! Good environment with spacious space!

I would suggest that hostel can consider to deploy a small trash bin in the room, otherwise we have to bring our key card to go outside every time when we want to throw our rubbish, quite inconvenient. A bit noise if your bed is near to the window, it would be better if you could do something else to block the noise from outside. Thanks for your attention!
