very comfortable bed clean room convenient location
Staff were friendly but I wish they were a bit more attentive to the parking situation. It was raining and no one open the parking gate for me, had to run to reception to get their attention. Also when leaving, they didn’t open the gate enough and I had to use my horn to get their attention, it’s in a residential area and I didn’t really want to disturb others by doing that.

Room is very clean and gives off a very cozy vibe. The toilet is extremely clean too with heater so we don't feel cold taking a shower in the morning. Location is great too as Shilin night market is just within walking distance.
The first receptionist that checked us in the first night was super friendly. But the other receptionists that we met throughout our stay there seemed unwelcoming.

The room is clean. Bed with firm comfy mattress. Toilet equipped with seat warmer and bidet, and electronic advanced warmer & ventilation adjustment system. Very convenient to Shi Lin market and the MRT station, it’s beyond our expectation

It’s a really great area. Convenient if you’re planning to go to the night market or MRT station.
The shower door couldn’t close and the material used on all the bedding is a hard, scratchy material.

location is very close to Shilin night market and not a far walk from the MRT station
guest in room below was smoking cigarettes all night and the smell was pumped into the bathroom via the ventilation system. The staff acknowledged and apologized when I brought it up at check-out but the quality of the stay was greatly diminished as I have strong allergies. I wish the hotel refunded part of the fees for this violation of the hotel policy.
