Room: spacious, very clean, confortable and big bed, everything we need (kettle, coffee, water…) Great wifi. Location: located in Japanese area in a small street that can be noisy at night. That’s an issue for superior rooms (windows are on the street side) - if you book the Deluxe (other side) it’s very calm! Overall great location, very close to subway, restaurants, supermarket, malls… Staff: very nice people, always here to help. A microwave is available in the lobby and washing machine outside. Great hotel and good price!

Choose deluxe instead of superior if you can - deluxe is on the calm side, superior is on the noisy street side.

Staff Staff Staff The MOST helpful and friendly and KIND staff. Amazing staff. !! Nice, clean hotel and not too far to walk to the BTS train station. The hotel also has 2 washing machines and a clothes dryer just outside the hotel, where guests can insert 10 Baht coins and wash/dry their clothes. Very nice 😊😊👍

Lighting inthe room could be made a bit brighter. Otherwise, everything was GOOD 😊😊👍👍

Great location - really near BTS Phrom Phong station, easy to go from the airport and travel to other famous location. It's also located near 7eleven store and EmQuartier Shopping Mall with full famous fashion brands, coffee shops, cinema and beautiful restaurants. The staff really friendly and supportive.

It's a bit hard and difficult to go out when it rains because the road is flooded. There are no staff on duty after 08:00 PM and you need to help by your own.

I liked the fact it was just off the main road, with the train station 3 minutes walk away (Phrom phong) you are away from the hustle and bustle but one street away is the main road.

For the two days we were there, nothing could have been better. Perfect location, value for money, staff were great. It was our second time booking there and we will be back for sure.

At night, you can hear drunk people from the nearby bars. But that is not the hotel's fault. The hotel itself is very quiet 😁👍

Room was clean and comfortable & got an upgrade which gave us a bigger room which was on the backside and very quiet and comfortable. Staff here were super professional and some of the nicest we encountered in our 2 months traveling around in the country. We liked the room and super close location to BTS so much we extended our stay twice!

Nice staff Good wifi Clean First time in this place I was in a deluxe room and I found it overpriced, not really like the pictures, old furnitures etc.. The second time I was in a superior room on the street side and it was MUCH better, modern and confortable.

Didnt like the Deluxe Rooms but the Superior ones are great.

Large pleasant room. Low key hotel, let yourself in after 8pm with smart card. Also lifts require smart card. Good street food/open restaurant near the BTS station. 7-11 in the same lane and large supermarket on main street 150m away.

the hallways are kind of dirty and neglected, which gives the whole place low-level feeling
