Good location and near to bts/mrt stn. Convenient with all shops around the neighborhood. A small park for joggers. Swimming pool is clean, love it. Breakfast variety suits my tastebuds and staff are friendly and supportive. Room is very sound-proof; not disturb by any noise from next door or so. Check-in/out or taxi arrangements are efficient too. Worth the money.

If the room door can do a little maintenance or put some oil, would help to close/open the wooden door without making much noise. The corridor walkway’s light is too dim.

The room is huge and although dated it was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I also had good views. It is very close to the BTS and great to have Emquartier so near. The guys at the lobby (helping with suitcases) were awesome. Friendly and helpful.

I stayed two times and both times they have me a faulty room (one was next to machinery and second smelt of smoking). Both times I had no problem chaning room but would prefer a good room the first time. The pool has very few deck chairs and seems not really taken care of.

close to Phrom phong station (5 min walk) have in-room massage service at fair price breakfast has good selection (coffee machine, tea selection, bread/pastry, egg station, western, etc) staff are friendly at breakfast the cleaners provide plenty of towels, shampoo/shower gel, water each day large room, cleaner than my expectations strong toilet flush

the rooms are dated, could use a renovation no toothbrush kit provided, need to request from reception

Very comfortable bed, great view.and excellent location with good street food.

Needs a bit of work, gym is old and stale, pool has no shade in mornings to sit, very few sunbeds and no.bum guns on toilets.

This hotel is located in a perfect place for eateries, shopping, massage, BTS and other conveniences. Check in was swift and efficient, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was large and comfortable, and housekeeping were really on the ball also. It was also fairly quiet. The gym was handy although a little humid. The pool looked nice but I did not take a dip myself. Breakfast was more than adequate. The staff were all great and made my stay memorable. I extended my stay, which should tell you all that you need to know.

In the interests of improvement, I would suggest improving the reception on the television. Also, a bugbear of mine in quite a few hotels is guests picking up the bread with their hands and throwing it onto the toaster grill - I did ask the breakfast staff to put a sign up asking guests to use the tongs. We're not that long out of a pandemic, guys!

Staff is very courteous and helpful. Location excellent. Room big and comfortable. Big cabinet for clothes.

The hotel is in need of maintenance after two years of covid during which it was shutdown. Gym is still closed. Swimming pool open. Wifi good. Breakfast not yet at the level before shutdown, but acceptable, especially considering that price is lower than before.

the comfortable large beds the view of the city from your room plus the amazing location & not to mention the beautiful lotus plants in the lobby were amazing! and what made are stay here incredible was Ohmmy the hotels concierge supervisor he was such a great friendly face and helped us so much with finding our way around the city including our day out to Wot pho - ohmmy also helped with mending a broken zip on my dress- my dress got picked up and dropped off by the Taylor ( all arranged by Ohmmy at the hotel I didn’t lift a finger the service was 1st class I would stay here again because of Ohmmy and his golden ticket knowledge of the city plus his great English - lastly the food in the hotel at co co’s was also great and also the Greek restaurant in the lobby is also very good.

the pool is a great size for a city hotel however the sun beds are old and need updating and there needs to be more of them- also if you order from the pool side menu there isn’t any small tables to put your drinks or food which makes things uncomfortable. a shame as the service and food is great. I stayed for 5 nights in this hotel and the daily cleaning service wasn’t brilliant.

Location, this was our second visit, near the Emporium mall and plenty of restauraunts & bars. Upscale neighborhood. We loved the tranquility of the lobby with a beautiful lily pond! And we prefer the traditional old school Thai decor. Set away from the main road, the Lotus offers a peaceful ambiance in a chaotic city. The pool was ample and clean, water a perfect temperature. They do need to offer more and better quality chaise lounges. This is a full service hotel with restaurants, room service & business center. Staff is wonderful! Excellent value and price for staying in a major city.

The hotel is advertised as a 4 star property but it deserves 3 stars only because it is showing signs of wear and tear and needs some sprucing up. The internet is spotty and slow at times which can be an issue for digital nomads like me. I wish they offered an option to pay extra for high speed reliable internet access because it would be worth it

Older hotel but very well maintained giving it some old school charm. Staff are very polite and responsive. Location is perfect for me, 3 min walk to Phrong Phom bts station. Near Emporium mall and Terminal 21. Deluxe rooms over looking street and pool are large and clean. Wifi strong and a few English channels on tv. Rooms very quiet. Swimming pool catches sun most of the day this time of year. Very diverse food and drink options within a few minutes walking.

Swimming pool is good but the deck surroundings need more lounges and just some small touches to make it seem more appealing. Its rather bland.

Nice place to stay in order to enjoy the vibrant Bangkok’s atmosphere. Close to the BTS station, to shopping centers (like EMquartier and Emporium), all the best restaurants of Phrom Phong and Thong Lor just in walking distance. The hotel itself is clean, quiet, the staff is welcoming, they react promptly to any request. We truly enjoyed our stay. There’s a pool as well. The rooms are spacious and pleasant.

The breakfast could’ve been better. I didn’t get the purpose of the Nescafé machine which makes you 3in1 coffee:( the other normal one could only make black coffee, no latte/flat white/cappuccino… and no options for people with diabetes - everything, even the plain yogurts contain sugar. You can’t turn off the AC in the room and you can’t adjust the temperature, it’s usually freezing (which isn’t too bad), but we had to switch off all electricity in the room at night in order to make the AC stop.
