Its surroundings, for example is BTS only few steps from the hotel. The breakfast. Quality of most everything regarding the hotel. The parking was well located. Good Tv and spacious room.

I expected the service at this hotel to be expensive. But washing five items for 1,100.-bath is ridiculous pricing. Also, I woke up to noise two of the three nights I stayed at this hotel, despite being especially soundproof, as stated in the ad. Other than that, the hotel lived up to expectations. Since the night costs over 4000.- baht pr. night, and that is the price you have to pay for a 5 star+ hotel, it's my opinion that this hotel is overpriced. Finally, when I complained about the above at the reception, the employee did not seem to understand what I was complaining about, or did not understand English at all.

Location on the outskirts of Bangkok but very nice. Nearest station just a minute away so very easy to travel within the city. Facilities was excellent. Had a great room of the city from my room

easy to access the bts but onnut bts kinda far, take grab also kinda expensive because is far to reach each destination.

the pillow is too soft and the bed is too soft to sleep it sunks badly. requested for double bed but they say depends on availability, imagine husband&wife came for vacation but got to separate bed. receptionist say can combine but didnt take any action. checking in took us damn long and yet need to wait for the room yet we arrive around 3pm already

Thought it's not really near to reach the center (9 stops to SIAM station), the hotel is extremely near the BTS station (150m walking) and have a Mall right under it (which have many choices of food and shopping, money exchange), with a local market and streetfood outside, so it's a really good choice to stay here. The breakfast is so so but enough food for you with many different choices (from local to western). The room is clean and comfortable, with excellent room service .

This hotel has everything you need to stay comfortable during your stay. it is very modern and everything works as it supposed. The room I book had an amazing view to the city. The bathroom was great from having a hot shower, glass see through, clean, big mirror and super clean. The breakfast was great as well. It is located next to BTS Sky train system On Nut Station. The staff are wonderful. They were very helpful on my stay. I checked out early by 5:30 AM and left my luggages in the lobby for me to pick up later at night as I needed to go to the beach with my friends and I didn’t have any problems at all. The hotel connect to a Mall where you can find delicious food, hair salon, exchange money with good rates currency, Cinema and much more. I would stay here again and I highly recommend it. Thank you Avani’s staff, you were wonderful!

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The Avani sukhumvit was fantastic! We arrived in Bangkok and did our day 1 and day 5 on the test and go scheme(easily booked through their website). I then booked days 2, 3 and 4 on booking.com. The hotel made the whole stay very comfortable. The covid tests, the airport transfers and room changes were swift and perfectly organised. The hotel is right next to multiple restaurants, a super market and the train station! I’d most definitely stay again and would 100% recommend!

I think the breakfast is overrated. The menu is small, the portions are small and it’s a little disorganised. Breakfast is served by The coffee club which is attached to the hotel. I can’t say I’d recommend it.

very clean and new property, has a mall attached to it with plenty of food options, grocery and convenient store. There is a cute restaurant and bar on 7th floor overlooking the city BTS (Train) is also attached to the mall staff is very helpful with everything specially helping book reservations

far from the airport nothing really happening in the area

The location is superb next to the On Nut BTS skyrail service and part of a mall shopping complex on both sides of the road, so very good for getting any items needing replacing. Security cameras keep you feeling safe. The pool and the bar were good facilities

They mislaid some items of washing but as typing are trying to find these for me

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff, great place for a couple of nights. Close to BTS transport link. Access to shopping and dinning nearby. Great views of the city. Just a all round great hotel.
