I had the absolutely fabulous angle room, with a view on the city from the bathtub! Probably the best hotel room I had in my life, feels like home. Everything clean and comfortable.

Check-in takes too long and most importantly there is big problem with data privacy/security. Their software has a bug and prints the full credit card number in plaintext (not masked with XXX as it should be) everywhere, including on receipts, but it is also stored plaintext in their system, ready to be hacked. Major security flaw, needs to be fixed urgently, but nobody seems to care, I reported it 6 months ago and nothing has changed, I even called the manager and got an evasive answer, they are clearly not concerned, but they should be. Also, many copies of guests passports hanging around at the front desk are visible by anyone... Something must be done to change the system and the culture because data privacy is important.

Location next to BTS station, room space spacious, with wahsing machine and cooking facilities, value for money.

Housekeeping is very effective and it's always perfect! The swimming pool + gym + sauna are great, and the employee there is really nice and helpful. Rooms are big, comfortable and very well equipped (washing machine!). The hotel is really just next to the BTS, very convenient.

Too much useless paperwork at check-in. You already know my name, address, etc... It's all on Booking already, why do I need to lose time writing my details again and again...

Perfect, right next to the Phra Khanong BTS station. Easy to find marts and restaurants although nicer ones are 15-20mins walk away closer to Ekkamai area, which is one stop away

95% hygiene level for me. Had a strand of hair in the bathroom otherwise perfect

We stayed at the Pool Residential Suite - just beautiful - with your own pool outside your room. We also used the hot tub area in the Lobby was amazing - had some Spa treatments - lady were so friendly. Breakfast was just ok, not much variety for when your staying for 11 days like we did - i wouldnt call it a continental breakfast. Overall staff was very friendly and always so helpfull.

We didnt realise the distance between places we wanted to visit - we were told by locals that this is a business area however the BTS is right in front and we used it to get around. Siam is about 7 stations away and has a massive shopping centre with great food stalls.

The location is excellent, BTS station just right in front of the hotel. All facilities function well. The staff name " Pong " at the door/concierge very helpful, friendly and always active. The hotel provide soft drink and small cracker in room, free of charge. I would definitely come back in the future.

Hotel staff are friendly. It's conveniently located as the hotel's location was near the BTS, convenient store, fitness gym, and etc. House cleaning's assertiveness to clean my room each day. I also liked how quiet my floor was and in the surrounding area at night.

I stayed around ~2 month at this hotel; House cleaning was awesome 99% of the time. But sometimes they would forget to add a garbage bag in my trash can. I would have to then use my 'smaller' bag as a substitute - not a problem.

We will definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. Close to the BTS, great food centers in the area, very clean and comfortable.

The internet was very slow in the bedroom. We stayed here for business so internet is very important to us. We did have breakfast one morning - nice options. Would recommend the staff keep the serving station food stocked until the end of the serving time, as we had to asked for fresh fruit and the lady thought she was doing us a favor to cut some fruit. If you do not have many guests for breakfast, rather have the breakfast platted/served in a small area and not try to spread it all over the counters.

Staff, facilities and great location on Sukhumvit Rd right next to Phra Kanong Stn. Views from the room. Spacious room. Separate toilet and shower/bath areas. Somporn the Concierge was wonderful.

Noisy air conditioning. Very warm in the hallway with atrium area behind lifts.
