- very nice staff - nice room with plenty of closets and drawers to store your things - very good location near On Nut BTS
- room "with balcony" is a bit misleading, as the balcony is maybe 30 cm wide. Enough to put shoes for drying, not enough to stand on it. And the balcony cannot be used for smoking, which is possible in a lot of other places. - a lot of problems with the Wi-Fi and the internet connection, but it was ok the 2 first days, so it may be it was just the wrong time.

Nice layout of room, good location. Super staff and not really related to the room but the hotel restaurant also made really good food. Lots of warm water and very good water pressure.
Wear and tear wasn't too bad but the trims of the room were completely gone. I don't need them but it looked a bit odd. You can hear wjays happening in the hall way and there's a lot of traffic noise coming through, however, it gets quiet in the evening and I didn't have trouble sleeping at any time. But that's something worth considering if you're a very light sleeper.

The location was good, the staff were very nice and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
The gym definitely needs an upgrade. There’s only a handful of dumbbells and a cable machine that doesn’t work and several treadmills. But there’s several decent gyms nearby so it wasn’t an issue.

I like the helpfulness of the staffs and the cleanliness of the hotel. Location is also convenient, beside grocery and walking distance to fruit market, shopping area and train station.
Maybe they can put light that captures mosquitos coz there were some mosquitos in the room and my kids have mosquito bites.

Hotel location is perfect for those who likes to mix with the locals and eat what the locals eat. But yet it is within walking distance to On Nut BTS that connects to city center easily. Also look out for the hotel mascot, Sharol the Cat.

Thé hotel staff was responsive, kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was excellent - with good water pressure. The service was excellent. it was convenient- 2 great markets, a larger store right next door and close to Bangkok Transit.

Conveniently located near Big C and many places to eat nearby. Few minutes walk from BTS On nut Station. Very quite area. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful
