Staff were very friendly, nice pool area to relax. The room size is decent, I'd recommend this hotel if you want to be close to the Chao Phraya river, Icon Siam is close by and there is a ferry stop there which you can take to see some nice sights, The river boat is a nicer wayer of getting around in my opinion.

Location is not too bad, on Soi 3 , so exceptionally busy, seems to be close to all the hospitals, and a Muslim area, walk towards terminal 21. There seems to be lots of restaurants and shops. The size was very big and were comfortable, good for a couple of days stay, if I was going to stay longer would go towards soi 10 to 30

When our grab ride dropped us off, she dropped us at the wrong point and the staff, and became out and started screaming at her for no reason and didn’t help us with. Our luggage was more worried about where she dropped us off, the rest of the staff are very nice.

This hotel is down a side alley in an older area. Nice quiet location. Lovely view across the river. There is a restaurant but we didn't use it. The bed was comfortable, but the air-conditioner was a bit loud. We had the drain in the shower not working properly, so we let the front desk know, and it was fixed by the time we returned from our day out. There are a few nice places to eat out on the street and a lot more about 10-12 min walk away. MRT is a bit of a walk away, but taxis and tuktuk are easy to get. Would stay there again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel during a recent staycation. The property boasts remarkable beauty, and the staff members were exceptionally amiable, enhancing the overall experience. Additionally, the facilities provided met my expectations and contributed to a pleasant stay.

Upon my arrival at 7 pm, I noticed that the entrance was somewhat dimly lit, which initially gave me a sense of unease. However, upon entering the hotel premises, the atmosphere completely shifted, exuding a different, more welcoming vibe.

Oh I loved my stay here. I had to check a few different beds to choose the most comfortable mattress for my partner & I, until I found it and it became our favourite hotel in BKK so far. Room was super spacious, loved the soft pillows, lights looked great and walking around & trying the facilities was interesting!

Just the shower was not the most efficient as the water was going all over the bathroom 😅 maybe just need to adjust the glass wall. Other than that all perfect😍 will come back 100% sure

i like the whole ambiance about the place, very tidy, and clean, had nice facilities like its café and restaurant which the food was amazing. the staff was amazing as well right from the start with the welcome drink etc

Just our toilet kept getting blocked about 4 times in the 8 days we were there, thou the staff fixed the situation every fast every time we called about this. apart from that there is nothing else that we did not like

Very nice hotel with minimalist decor. The pool looks great. Excellent and friendly staff, especially the girls who work in the breakfast area. In walking distance there is Icon Siam shopping center, there is a very good themed food court.

Among the shortcomings: the location is very far from the center, the metro is also far away, you will have to spend a lot of money on a taxi, and in Bangkok it is not at all cheap. The room did not open the window and the air conditioner was very noisy, it was difficult to fall asleep. Breakfast is very monotonous.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was interesting and varied but lacked slightly in quality. The location was good though the hotel was a bit secluded off the main road. There were convenience stores within walking distance. The hotel appears clean and the room was spacious, the bed and mattress were very comfortable

The room did not have any windows to exterior or with views. This room was nice but enclosed. I was not aware of this before making the booking, and the staff told me there were no other rooms due to high occupation rates. The gym area was very basic and not well equipped.

felt serene, tranquil, cocooning. the boutique style and occupacy scale gives the staff the spaciousness to offer true hospitality frequently missing for 5 star establishments that are so big the service feels perfunctory and superficial. the colour pallet used extensively, includes highlights of rose/bronze gold which looks fantastic and adds a luxe vibe. the architecture has significant merit, the pool areas feel like a modern day version of a Romanesque Bath House/ Exclusive day spa, the rooms are stylish, furnished in calming tones, the hotels cuisine is above average and generous at a attractive price point~although I didn't try the breakfast.

whilst the architecture has been described as echoing Brutalism, I feel the overall design sensibility carries it. on occasion the imaginative design principles employed by the architect confused me as the carpark seems to spiral visibly through the hotel which seems to be in contrast to the overall serene design vibes. the strange smell in the room mentioned in an other review appears to be emanating from the blond wood used in the furniture, this should dissipate over time, however the smell in the gymnasium is unacceptable ( intense smell from flooring)this should be ventilated. Further, I think having 2 chairs in the room, rather than 1, would be a great suggestion. cleaning is very patchy in room.

From the look, I think the hotel was renovated from a 70-80's hotel. They did it really well to turn it into a clean minimal, modern-looking hotel; a very photogenic place. The materials and furniture used are of good brand and quality. It is located on the bank of the river, a little bit away from the busy area. The hotel is not yet officially opened, so there are not many guests when we stayed. The staffs are all nice and willing to help. There are parts of the decorations that they are still working on around the hotels, but they are not major. Breakfast was served on the 4th floor. You can choose from their a la carte menu eg. fried rice, fried eggs, sausages, etc. There were also some cereal, juices, toast, and yoghurt that you can help yourself with. Not plenty of choices but I am happy with the arrangement, and it is appropriate for the price. I think it could be better though if the hot food was still hot when they served us.

The pool is very beautiful and is located in the centre of the building. It is the major part that made this hotel very photogenic, but I don't think it is practical for swimming. I think the wall underwater has a very sharp corner that people could easily swim into.
