Beautiful pool area and food was delicious.

Breakfast was basic, food and drink took a long time to arrive when ordered, there were issues with our room and we were asked to move elsewhere without any info as to why

This is what 5 stars should be like. New hotel and modern touches. The concierge app is great! Staff is still new, so be patience, give them constructive feedback and they'll make the improvements asap.

Breakfast was until 11am, so that gave us plenty of time to eat. But food quality was average and when we had breakfast at a secondary venue, options were limited. The shuttle boat brought us to both BTS and iconsiam which was very convenient instead of having to change boats at the Stephan Taksin pier

My upgraded pool view room was on the floor right above the pool and deck chairs, and people could look into our room easily as windows are not tinted so we ended up keeping the curtains closed all the time I found that the property dropped their rates for last minute bookings so I could have saved more than 1,000THB if only I knew.

We loved the way the hotel is decorated, the hotel room was very chic, they even had pajamas for guests. A lot of facilities that you can enjoy. Loved that there was a perfumery. And loved Brix café with fantastic desserts and the daily breakfast buffet with an amazing spread. We also loved the ferry service to Sathorn and ICON Siam.

I guess the only thing was that at check-in, the receptionist did not explain thoroughly the activities and facilities of the hotel. For example, we didn’t know we had to book the Thai dress photoshoot one day in advance—we assumed it was available everyday.

It is aesthetically beautiful hotel where they serve quality F&B and toiletries. Love the free boat shuttle to make travelling more convenient. Although the staff did not accommodate to my prior booking of having connecting rooms, they were able to arrange 2 separate rooms on the same floor. My family of 5 enjoyed the quality stay, not to mention the awesome coffee cafe on the second floor. I will visit again if i want a short getaway from the busy streets of bangkok.

Their room acoustic performance could be improved as I can hear the outside corridor conversation or noise clearly when I'm in the room.

Excellent service: The staff at the Salil Riverside Hotel are friendly and attentive. They go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, and are always willing to help with any requests or questions. 4. Facilities: The hotel has a range of facilities to keep guests entertained and relaxed, including fitness center, spa, and restaurant serving delicious Thai and international cuisine. Overall, the hotel was 11/10 and I could not fault anything even if I tried and offering top service in every department.

Brand new hotel on the Bangkok's river, very beautiful and packed with comfort. My wife and I live in Bangkok and chose this hotel for a staycation, and we couldn't be happier. The rooms are nicely designed and very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and surrounded by bars and cafes, so you can enjoy drinks and food around the pool, plus a few restaurant options right on the river to entertain you at night. They have SPA, gym and other beauty treatments as well as a thai dress rental service in case you feel like taking photos with it.

The seats around the pool are very limited, other than that is great!

I found this hotel to be very serene amongst the hustle of Bangkok. My first impression as I entered the lobby was how calming and relaxing it was, almost as if you had entered a spa. My room had a partial river view which was nice but even nicer was strolling along the big lawn down by the river. My room was very comfortable and clean. The staff, from the front desk through the restaurants, were attentive and polite. My meal at Nava restaurant was very tasty and the buffet breakfast had big variety of delicious Thai and western food. I highly recommend trying Brix for dessert!
