Lovely room, pool area. Staff very friendly. Good base.

The breakfast selection offered was mainly Thai - only toast, hard boiled egg and one choice of fruit offered - other hotels we have experienced offered more European options such as yoghurt, croissants etc

Everything was perfect for us. We got what we have desired. Staffs were excellent, responsive, polite. They were answering all our queries related to our trip, though I am not sure whether it is in their scope. Executive suite was just perfect for three of us. We needed a room like this as our kid was nine years old and single room in other hotels were quite narrow for us. Breakfast was perfect with variety of ranges, We had enjoyed Thai food in our stay for four days before so it was just perfect for us. For someone not into Thai food, maybe a little embarrassment, but toast and jam, butter; fried rice and sautéed fried chicken will satisfy your taste buds.

Though amenities such as commode, bathroom hanger seem a little old, but it didn't affect our stay to be pleasant.

I stayed here for the new year’s celebrations, as hotels in the CBD were taking advantage of the influx of visitors into Bangkok. The Miloft nestled in residential area, is easy to get to and from by Grab or taxi. The tuk tuk won’t be able to take you into the city centres as you are required to use the freeway/Hwy Literally next door there is a 7-11. Very clean amenities. Super friendly staff, nothing was an issue

The only poor comment I have is the breakfast, if you’re not at breakfast at 7am, it’s cold! Pool area could have used some umbrellas for shade

Really pleasant room with comfortable bed and fully operational AC :) Still, the best thing about our stay was the lovely host who was always ready to support our requests and answer our questions!

The rooms were really great but the staff were what made this place so brilliant. Some of them speak brilliant English and are able to make your stay fun and entertaining.

The pool could have been a bit cleaner. It wasn’t dirty as such, but there were random little bits of ‘stuff’ floating around. Not much different to most pools, I’m just a bit of a clean freak! My other half didn’t mind.

The room was well designed, spacious, modern, and overall clean. The breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were bilingual and answered the phones when I called. Walking distance to some delicious restaurants, street food, and 7 Eleven.

The room could have used some spot cleaning (wiping scuffs off of the walls, cleaning small stains off the couch.) The pool also looked a little cloudy, so I chose not to swim.

Lovely, clean modern room with very comfortable bed, comfy chair with footstool, great shower, nicely decorated. Pool was lovely with nice loungers and chairs. We had a balcony with a city view. Air con and WIFI worked very well.Shuttle bus to Salthorn pier or an easy walk where you can get tour boats and also to Iconsiam. Large street market just down the road. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The room was surprisingly well maintained and had a modern feel about it. Comfortable beds and a nice shower. The hotel is very quiet and pleasant with a beautiful inviting foyer and lobby.

The double bed could have been a one bed instead of two connected together, the light in the bathroom should also be above the mirror for shaving and other activities that require more light.

Excellent value for the money. Room a little dated but extremely clean. Roof top pool was great with plenty of beds & seating. Hotel booked our taxi to airport. We left an item in the room in error and the hotel kindly had it delivered to another hotel where we had friends staying the next day. Exceptional customer care.

The hotel is recently updated and everything was new clean and clean. The rooftop pool was okay.

It is close IconSiam and Asiatiquie but other than that there are not many eating and shopping options. One of handles of the pool was broken and looked little unsafe but very nice looking and clean pool.
