Courtyard Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport

This is a great hotel. with a beautiful big pool. The rooms are nicely designed and convenient, Aircon is good, shower is effective. Location near Robinson Lad Krabang mall is excellent.

Honestly, there are other hotels in the area that are high quality and totally fine for a night and are literally a quarter of the price that you pay at Courtyard. There are even places nearby with decent swimming pools for a quarter of the price. I stayed at Courtyard because everything else that I like was fully booked, but would I stay there again? Probably not - I can get what I need for $150 less.

I stayed here for one night between flights. Free hourly shuttle service was very helpful and the shuttle was easily identifiable (which was helpful at 1am after 26 hours of travelling!). Staff were friendly. In terms of cleanliness, the room was immaculate. The room was generously sized and, although the mattress was a little on the firm side for me, it was still very comfortable. Hotel was quiet enough for me to sleep late into the next morning without being disturbed.

I don't really think I had anything that I didn't like. The location was perfect if you are focusing on it as an airport hotel, but it wouldn't be a great location for seeing Bangkok (which I think would be obvious). I think it was a little expensive compared to other nearby hotels, but then my stay was excellent.

I loved everything!!!!

We needed a hotel close to the airport just for one night but wished we could have stayed longer. The service was good and staff was very kind. The food was good with lots of choice. The garden and outside pool were beautiful. We had a massage in the morning before leaving and the massage company (chain) inside the hotel came recommended by a Thai colleague of mine. The massages were fantastic! The room was clean, comfortable and very nice. It was also very quiet (I'm a very light sleeper) and we did not hear any noise from airplanes.

If we would have to say something (but this was not a problem for us at all), I'd say the rooms missed a rain showerhead. The bathrooms could be improved by adding one so that guests have two options to switch between the small showerhead and a bigger, higher rain showerhead.

We liked everything, the room was beautiful, overlooking the gorgeous pool and courtyard. Everything was spotless, the staff were extremely helpful, particularly the concierge team and the divers of the courtesy bus to and from the airport. A perfect choice for a stop over before flying home. Peaceful, but ten minutes from the airport. Lovely swimming pool and spa.

The restaurant was lacking atmosphere in the evening, but the food and service were good.

pool area seems a bit neglected, staff doesn’t remove used towels of guests that have left, and no menus for drinks and food on tables in pool area. They don’t come to take orders. Swim up bar seems a bit out of place

We only had a few hours here unfortunately before departing Thailand again but the hotel was lovely and we would definitely come back. It’s close to the airport (about 5-15 mins drive, depending on the traffic) and also has lots of markets and restaurants around. Super friendly staff, lovely and clean rooms and great facilities including a lovely swimming pool.

perfect Hotel if you have an early flight out of BKK or want to avoid Bangkok crazy traffic jams. Everything was perfect. Nice, big rooms and no noise even if its close to a very, bery bussy road. Shame I had to leave sooo early as I could not enjoy legendairie Marriott breakfast. They are all over the world simply the best

Lovely building with lots of spaces to hang out. Staff friendly and helpful. Location to the airport is great, complimentary airport shuttle was brilliant. Mall next to hotel so useful.

Short one night stay so nothing to complain about.

Everything 😃 The hotel is really nice and the staff were very friendly. The room was nice and spacious and very comfortable. The location was really good very close to the BKK airport with free shuttle service.

The only thing I didn’t like was the water spray in the bathroom was very short. It needs to be longer so that it can be easier to use.
