Gold Airport Suites

We were picked up from the airport by the hotel's taxi. The staff were very prompt and efficient to check us in. The room was basic but for one night fulfilled our requirements. There was a pool which was being enjoyed by other guests and would be a welcome diversion. Tea and coffee provided with a fridge. The on site restaurant cooked us a meal to order and it was very impressive The price was good too. We slept well and early next morning the hotel taxi was waiting to take us back to the airport. Well done to the staff who were a delight.

Beds very hard and toilet not working properly but we were too tired to complain and just managed with turning on and off the water valve. Not much else to complain about. This is a basic airport hotel at a very fair price.

Close to the airport and a variety of restaurants within walking distance, even one within the hotel itself! Enjoyed the pool, availability of fitness equipment and shuttle to the airport.

We got chased by wild dogs while walking back to the hotel. It was quite scary. We had to ask another hotel security to walk with us to our hotel. Even that, the dogs still came at him. Thank you to the security!

Good option for a stay for an early flight. They offer an hours taxi service for 100 baht per room. About a 10 minute drive. The pool is nice and shower is adequate too. Nearby, at the end of the street, are some restaurants and minimarkets.

Sign in airport for pick-up is not very clear, in the middle of many other papers. However, if you ask one of the people working there they’ll point you in de right direction immediately.

Nice airport hotel with transfer service. Very big rooms, small bathroom and balcony. Friendly staff, good wifi. There are coffeeshops, a small supermarket and local restaurants nearby.

When I arrived at the airport, I was supposed to wait 45 minutes for pickup. That was too long, so I took a taxi. Only 130 Baht instead of 100 Baht for the airport shuttle.

Breakfast was Ok - extra 150฿ - standard eggs, boiled ham, toast. Transfer service from airport was standard hurry up and wait, but good communication from people organizing. The hotel is located on a soi with other hotels, apartments, and some restaurants. Would say ok during the day, would not venture to far later in the evening. Hotel check in staff were very friendly as was the lady in the morning who organized my taxi to the train station (new one). Just an FYI it is quite some distance to the train station and cost about 400฿ with toll fees.

Not much. The Hotel business is a tough one these days. Have to be in it for the long haul. I hope the owners keep up with maintenance etc over the next couple of years, if so it will be a hotel I would certainly use again for my overnight stop overs.

Check in went well. Staff at reception were nice. Good communication from booking and free shuttle bus was easy to navigate. Bed was comfy. Right amount of hardness.

Bathroom was a bit grotty/tired/dirty. It felt like it hadnt been updated/renovated in a long time.

Good cheap shuttle service. The hotel is close to the airport which suited our needs.

super close to the airport, clean and functional. shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and efficient. There are a couple of good cheap restaurants nearby on the Soi off of the main road. Even though I didn’t use the pool it is definitely family oriented with slides and it looked perfect for that. 7/11 and Family Mart a five minute walk away just like nearly every where in Bangkok. This is a transit hotel of course and every thing is here that you will need.

My flight arrived at 5 am and I was charged extra to check in at 8am. I can understand that but I believe that all airport transit hotels should realize that flights come and go 24/7 it seems archaic to have checkin and check outs regulated by 12 and 2

Very good value for money. This was our 2nd stay here for the convenience of the airport and shuttle. There is a swimming pool which is very clean and a bonus considering the price and close proximity to the airport. Room are spacious and comfortable with a comfortable and clean bed and shower. Aircon works well Staff are very friendly and efficient. The shuttle to the airport and from was very efficient.

The rooms need a little updating, our sink was literally coming away from the wall.

Great budget option but clean and spacious room close to the airport for a few hours sleep and chill time between connecting flights. The 24 hour pay-at-the-reception shuttle provided a stress free way of ensuring I would make my connecting flight in the small hours of the morning and not have to deal with cab drivers. Quite a few food and drink options within walking distance on the other side of the main road.

A little airplane noise although this must be expected so close to the airport.
