great location good staff good price

breakfast wasn’t good as I’ve been there 3 years ago and they changed it a bit. the electricity sockets in the room wasn’t good and I couldn’t connect to them, they had to send some one to fight with it and connect with a lot of power, and didn’t really fix it… but I couldn’t connect to the other socket I would still recommend this hotel but don’t expect more then you should from it

Good location, a walking distance from National Stadium BTS and canal boat transportation, Siam Discovery and MBK malls. Two 7-Elevens are close by. Clean and spacious rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Our window provided a view of the stadiums and supporting buildings which wasn't very nice, but this allowed having an unobstructed view of distant tall buildings and a large part of the city which we enjoyed.

The bathroom ventilation was not adequate and the windows couldn't be opened so the room had an unpleasant smell which wouldn't go away. The complimentary breakfast was not very good, but it was a convenient way to eat. The breakfast consisted of chicken sausage, fruit jams and butter, pastry and curry omelette every day. Coffee machine and tea, fresh pineapple and melon and salad vegetables were provided. We especially didn't like Thai food that was served (not tasty, not enough meat, too greasy). Fortunately there was very good Thai food nearby.

Can I just say… everything? Almost, at least. Superb location! Right by National Stadium BTS station (which my group used to walk over to MBK almost every day bc there is a lift to the other side). MBK Center is just opp about 3 mins walk or so. Easy to get picked up or dropped off by Grab at hotel lobby. Very very easy to get around. There’s a McDonald’s at ground floor of hotel which is hardly full even on weekends. Massage place called Lek House of Massage or something with helpful staff, affordable services and awesome amenities just next to hotel building. Walk further up past massage place and there’s another mall called Lotus Rama 1. Hotel has useful and hardly occupied facilities such as 24hour laundry room and gym! 100baht each for washer and dryer - can just use the coins you have and don’t need to change to tokens first or whatever. But can change your notes to coins with reception, which we really appreciated. And the smoking rooms!!! We got connecting rooms too. I miss this hotel already and will surely be back next time.

There was one time that we requested for housekeeping when we were going out. Came back and my friend’s room wasn’t tidied up. Housekeeping also didn’t clean rooms thoroughly. TV got plenty of channels but picture quality was horrible and very grainy. But we weren’t there to watch TV so haha. Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable and we’ve got no other complaints!

* The staff was super kind, helpful, and responsive. * The room was always clean, although it's logical to feel the smell of high humidity in this geographical zone, despite the air conditioning. * The availability of a self-service laundry, 24 hours, is priceless! * Useful and economical for my working purposes.

* The smell of humidity (despite the daily deep cleaning of the room and the air conditioning working), but this is unavoidable in this geographic region, I guess. * The furniture needs to be renewed, specifically the big blue resting chair and the black ergonomic desk chair.

Coming from the US the breakfast options here were excellent. The location is very convenient, centrally located, and a great hub to explore anywhere in Bangkok. It's only a few minutes walk from the National Stadium BTS station and MBK, very walkable even with Bangkok's intense heat. The bed was so comfortable like most reviewers have said, we were well-rested. Definitely would stay again on our next visit. P.S. A central location where the local taxis would actually go and drop you off is excellent!

While the bedroom was nice and had a more premium feel, the bathroom amenities felt a bit lacking and didn't match to the overall feel of the stay. It's not a big deal, just a suggestion for improvement. The road in front of the hotel also has only one lane for incoming traffic (despite being a 2-lane road) so traffic could be heavier than expected.

the location is perfect. outside the hotel, just like 2-5mins walk to the National Stadium BTS which connects to Siam Interchange BTS. also walking distance about 5-10 mins walk (depending your walking pace) to MBK centre, and walking distance about 10-15mins to Siam Discovery, Siam Center, and Siam Paragon. 7 eleven nearby as well. Two 7 Eleven stores very nearby. the property also has two washing machines and two dryers on the 7th floor of the hotel, 100 baht for 40mins washing machine and another 100 baht for 1 hour dryer. perfect for travelers like us who stayed for 6 or more days/nights and need to do laundry. mcD is just outside the hotel, same building. opposite road of the hotel, the national stadium with running tracks.

the wifi doesn’t work well. even with the 5g AIS simcard, very slow and lagging connection. the ironing board is located at the 7th floor same room with the laundry room. quite tedious to go to 7th floor just to iron my clothes. but not a big issue to me during my stay. i didnt really iron my clothes that much, just once and for the phone and wifi bad connection, not so much an issue as we were busy going out the whole day for sightseeing/shoppiny and didnt spend a lot of time in the bedroom just scrolling Instagram or Facebook.

Spent 14 days at holiday inn Siam. It was very good. Housekeeping cleaned my room everyday and waters were restocked. Great attention to detail. AC was perfect and the internet was great!!Used the gym too and it was great and again the cleaning was done perfectly at Gym. I would definitely come back to stay here. The front of house team is also very polite and helpful. At one point I had to get into hospital because of an allergic reaction and they organized a taxi to take me to hospital. I appreciate each one of you!!!!

Everything was great

Located in the heart of Siam Square, it is perfect for shopping and exploring, with easy access to the BTS Skytrain. Breakfast was satisfying, with a good coffee selection but could use more variety.

One notable issue during my stay at Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Siam was the check-in time. Upon arrival, I had to wait longer than expected for my room to be ready, which was inconvenient after a long journey. It would be great if the hotel could improve its check-in efficiency to provide a smoother arrival experience for guests.

location was brilliant 5 minute walk to the train station and MBK Centre. The breakfast was excellent, as there was no bacon in the buffet, I asked if it was possible to order some. It was and nothing was too much trouble and the staff were exceptional and friendly. My room was quite large and the bed was super comfortable with both firm and soft pillows and 2 large bottles of water daily. I would highly recommend this hotel as it ticks all the boxes! As an added bonus there is a McDonalds downstairs!

Stayed for 3 nights - amazing location with walking distance to National Stadium BTS, MBK and Siam Centers. As we stayed there as part of our honeymoon trip, the hotel offered us a lovely room with a stunning view of the Stadium and the city of Bangkok. Friendly staffs with good understanding of English. McDonalds attached to the entrance of the hotel, very convenient for us after a full day of traveling!

Thin walls - we could hear what’s going on next door as they were clearly having lots of fun the one night LOL.
