Breakfast was included, hotel staff was always very friendly, helpful and hope that the hotel room tv would have more movie channels to watch

Wish there was more car parking space as when there was one day reach back the hotel at around 5am in the morning and there was no parking spaces available. The third level parking lot is filled with hotel stuff at parking lot too. Used the car lift to go up to the fourth and fifth level to check it out for parking car, but now its filled with hotel's stuff and parking spaces is very limited

The room us big，and the staff is nice！They do 24 hours reception，which is very convenient for every check-in/out. They offer ATM and currency change at the concierge. Nice living experience！only 6mins walking distance to the BTS station，one stop to Icon Siam！

The bathroom and shower room is a bathtub. But it's not a big deal as you can still standing in the bathtub to take the shower.

This is my preferred go to hotel in Bangkok. Its safe, clean and, for me, excellently located. The staff are very helpful and the WiFi and aircon are excellent. As usual, no complaints.

There is nothing, in reality, to dislike. My only moan would be that the range of foods available for breakfast seems to have shrunk since my last visit.

The location is very good because of the train (ARL) from or to the airport. There is a trainstation BTS to go easily to the city. Many streetfoods ans massages nearby.

Breakfast is not so good because there was no tea available and there is not so much selection of food.

Allow early check in as early as 11am. Provide luggage storage for free, at your own risk. Free flow of diffuse water and ice cubes. Located just opposite of the Muslim area. Walking distance to BTS. Nearby to massage place & convenient shops. Good wifi speed & connection.

We got a top view apartment on the 18th floor. We loved the skyscraper scenery.

I loved the swimming pool. Unfortunately, it was not open before 9 am and was closed after 8pm. Would have loved to swim until 22 at least and twice would have gone swimming at 7 or 8. The breakfast starts that early as well so why not the pool

Room is very clean. Free drink always available and provide buffet breakfast. Foot massage and 7eleven is just nearby the hotel.

need to improve cleanliness of swimming pool. staff still come in to the room to collect rubbish even we already put do not disturb sign.

Good location. BKK City Hotel is nearly BTS Ratchathewi, 7/11, massages. But the hotel dont have slippers. The customers have to prepare themselve. Anw, I will stay here for the next time to BKK.

muslim friendly - bidet availability in toilet. great buffet breakfast especially t croissants friendly staff especially the porter by the name of somjit

the bed is a bit hard

Good location, clean spacious room with nice view, and a good pool

The shower sprayed into the floor so the bathroom got wet, but we found this in many hotels in Thailand.
