Zazz Urban Bangkok

The suite room was beyond my expectation. It was bigger than what I expected from the pictures that was available. As it was away from city centre, it is really peaceful at night. The staff are friendly with no issues during check-in. Housekeeping was great. Room had a cool bluetooth speaker which fills the entire room. Even though not convenient location, it was relatively easy to book Grab to get to the city centre. And love love LOVE their wifi connectivity. It was fast enough for me to stream Netflix from my iPad.

It is a distance from the nearest train station (about 20mins walk) and the weather is unforgiving in the day. Arrived at hotel and sweaty and tired from the walk, but worth the amount that was paid for. Nothing around the area yet as the nearest tourist hub is still in the midst of reopening (Show DC - 5mins walk). During my stay, the lift was under maintenance and I had to climb four flights of stairs to reach my room.

The first room I stayed in was room 309. It seemed pretty clean and I was happy. The lady at the front desk was so sweet. I really enjoyed her a lot. She seemed very good at her job.

I moved to room 307. The shower had what looked to be black mold. I even asked for them to clean it. It didn’t get cleaned. Also both rooms I had, neither had hot water. The roof top bar wasn’t opened and I don’t think food was open either. I do understand that because of covid a lot of things struggled. Not hot water come on guys. All and all my stay was good.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They were there when we were in need for them. The room was very clean and room service was cleaned everyday. I reccomend to book this hotel again and again .

There are not many shops or restaurants next to the hotel. For arabs , it's little bit away from Arab street which 2 km far away from it or more than this. However, this hotel is excellent and awesome

Very patient and friendly staff. Helped us collect and protect our parcels well. Felt like home.

Some sfaff members really nice, room clean, bed comfy, PILLOWS excellent - personally bed and pillows are most important in a hotel.

Situated next to busy roads, not a pedestrian area to say so.

Room size, comfort of bed, quiet despite next to a busy road.

Location is a bit out of the way (20 min walk to closest metro station)

it’s a walking distance to Show DC. i attended an event there. easy access about 5 minutes.
