The room, people and facilities are nice.No complaint.

They took deposit 1000 baht for each night even though you are paying via credit card.. I was there for 4 nights. Problem is they will only refund it after a month. What a joke..

The location was very convenient for us, with easy access to the shopping centres and market. The gym facility was also useful to us. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond their duties to provide us with additional help and a personal touch. Biw, who checked us into our stay was welcoming and generous, wishing us each happy Birthday and when checking out, the doormen were exceedingly helpful with our many bags, especially Chattakorn, who continued to help us with our luggage as we made several transfers to our new apartment.

There was nothing to dislike.

The facilities, cleanliness and comfort was great and a nice way to end my trip. The location is very close to Jodd Fairs which was a main reason for booking.

I understand why it is done but it was a shame that the A/C came off when the key card was taken out. After a sweltering day it would of been lovely to come back to a cool room. I felt a little out of place there, perhaps a little judged as I perhaps was not the usual type of guest. Probably coming across as more of a backpacker! I would return to the hotel if I wanted to be in the same area but it wouldn’t be a first choice. Perhaps a better option for couples. It felt strict about not smoking in the building but there was always a strong smell of cigarette smoke on my floor.

Mr. Kauf was very accommodative during the check-in as our international cards were not working and some payments issue cropped up. He was lenient with the advance deposit and allowed us to stay. As international travelers it is very comforting when money related issues are handled on trust and not always as mentioned in hotel policies. Location is close to a metro station which saves on unnecessary bus travel and costly tuk-tuk rides. During our check-out, the manager in-charge helped us in booking a big car from his local taxi-aggregator app for the airport drop. All-in-all very good place.

Good location. Train station is 3 minutes walk away with two big shopping malls nearby. Fast check in and check out. Breakfast provided had a wide variety of food and unlike other hotels, they do try to change some of the dishes daily. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was given a free upgrade to deluxe room. Stayed for 3 nights.

Bed was too soft for my preference. There was no bathtub in the toilet. If you are sensitive to road noise, request for a room that is facing away from the main road as it can get noisy. This hotel is no longer part of the Accor group.

Location of the hotel, right on Rama IX MRT. Also, across from Rama Central, and across from Jode night market. Did I mention the location? I booked a room kinda more than my budget for reasons, and was treated to an executive lounge, happy hour, breakfast, coffee machine, and a nice writing table.

Nothing, other than I may have made a booking above my budget. But, when in Bangkok, do as the do (say Ze Frank-ish). Could have a bit more help in finding halal eating places nearby, but I never asked, so my fault. You try.

The bellboy, service staff and housekeeper were all very attentive and approachable. Service staff speaks very good English as well which made things a lot easier. We asked for utensils and they provided it to us. The housekeeper accidentally took one of our shirt together with the bedsheet when they washed it and we told the service staff when we checked out, they managed to find it within 2 hour and returned it to one of my family member who was still staying there which I thought it was well done.

Not exactly the cleanest hotel and not exactly worth the price for the stay. It’s easier to take the mrt than to grab if you stay in this hotel, the traffic jam is constant. But the good thing is there’s 2 malls just below the hotel, and the mrt’s entrance is right below the hotel as well. Our yellow pillow and cover were stained with I am not sure what, but they were pretty dirty, so we just left it aside. The tables were dirty too. Toilet water was not consistent, the king size bedroom had a large water flow but the twin bedreen had very little water flow so we all used 1 toilet only. The king size bedroom toilet was clogged and just declogged it ourselves. The next guest staying can thank us for this hahahaha.

Perfect location: a MRT station is just a few steps away as well as a fantastic night market open till late night, possibly the best electronics shopping mall in Bangkok as well as other shopping centers. The hotel is fairly well maintained and it has very good facilities. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful ad efficient.

The WiFi connection could be faster. But really nothing to complain about, after all.

Location was great, next to MRT station phra ram 9 which is very convenient if you want to go Chatuchak or Siam area. Hotel was recently renovated, hotel room was spacious and well maintained. They even provided an iron + iron board. The gym is one of the best that I saw in term of equipments.

We got hotel room in the corner and the view was blocked, our window faced a wall even though we were at the high floor. Tv was a bit old and just a few channels were available.
