Sovereign Group Hotel at Pratunam

Pros: Room is clean and the place is in Good location, it’s near with the shopping areas. it’s budget friendly for solo traveler like me. Staff were amazing and very helpful.

Cons: Bed is bit hard, always woke up in the morning with backache. Room is not soundproof, I can even hear the guest beside my room.

Cleanliness of hotel. The staff were polite and will greet upon seeing you. Location is next to platinum mall, walking distance to Central world the Market etc. Many food choices. There is 7-11 just 5 mins walk away. Very value for money. My single room with balcony was equipped with basic necessities for my 5 days trip - no complains for the room.

Hotel location is at end of an alley of a busy hectic street. Some might find it dark for solo female traveller as not much lighting. Distance is far from siam/chitlom BTS or airport line. Normal walking speed took me 15-20mins. Like other reviews - Water was a little cold at night. Walls are pretty thin you can hear neighbours when they return from outside.

Location was perfect, located next to Platinum Mall. Good for travelers intend to do shopping. Plenty of food on the street and in the mall area. 7-Eleven also conveniently located near the hotel. The hotel is located in one of the small streets and it was very quiet even though the main road is bustling with traffic. Staffs were courteous and helpful. Ratchadewi train station located about 12 mins walk from hotel.

The room size was small ( can fit 1 large & 1 small luggage only on floor space ) but I'm already expecting it from all the previous reviews. No breakfast provided in the restaurant but its not a problem since there are plenty of local food on the streets. I would suggest to provide coffee / tea machine for guests usage. Wifi is not strong in the room. Would suggest to use it in lobby if you're relying on the wifi.

Basic outfit, but value for money. The amenities provided was more than I expected. Very attentive and helpful staff. Conveniently located (have to agree that the tucked away location in a small alley was not what I had anticipated from the photos on Booking.com)

The place does not have an operating restaurant, which would have been a great help, especially with the rain I encountered). Access to a gym and a safety locker in the room would have helped.

Love the staff's service and a massage place was right beside the hotel. Our room was enough for a couple and could fit our 2 big luggage and 2 cabin luggage for packing and such, no issue there. Bed, pillows and comforter was comfy! Location is a walking distance to platinum mall and 7 eleven, good to shop around pratunam on weekdays.

A simple room, however I was expecting to have a safe box there to keep our valuables instead of carrying it around during our trips. As I'm currently pregnant, i find the shower floor rather slippery, probably some friction mat provided could do the work. Location is all the way in alley, which was hard for Grab drivers to locate us occasionally.

Nice area, within walking distance to everything you need. Excellent customer service from all staff. Very comfy bed and clean. Fairly new hotel setup.

Hot water for shower is very difficult to control, either too scorching hot or icy cold and nothing in between. Limited general outdoor lounging area especially for those wanting to smoke or waiting for transport. When it rains, there will be a big pool of water right in front of the entrance, causing soaking feet, shoes and socks.

Overall is exceptional good stay. Clean hotel, nearby Heng Heng Massage n great hawker store with exceptional good Pork Basil Rice Rice n Omelette. 😋 Sincerely, clean room, great WiFi n great team on the ground

Did request 2 rooms same floor however given different floor? Did request if possible swapping any others night as staying 4 nights but possible due to language barrier, we're not being entertained.

It was conveniently located and is surrounded by malls, night markets and food stalls. There's a 7-11 just down the road too. I travel solo, so I only need a bed and a clean toilet. This is the perfect place, with a 24hours reception that is always friendly regardless of the time.

If you are picky about having a window and a soft bed, you might not like this place. It's a small inconvenience compared to the pros about it.

The hotel is clean, comfortable & near to tourist attractions i.e. Pratunam Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, Big C Supermarket, CentralwOrld, 7 Eleven & many more just walking distance. The hotel staff is very nice & internet WiFi also good for me. Recommended hotel for me.

Nothing to complain. It just that the location of the hotel is quite far from BTS Ratchathewi Station. But it is ok for a solo traveler like me.

it was a stone throw away from platinum mall and central mall. the staff were friendly and helpful. the only thing I am not satisfied is the shower. the hot water turns off and on automatically. other than that, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
