Days Hotel by Wyndham Istanbul Maltepe" offers a commendable hospitality experience, primarily distinguished by its friendly and helpful staff. The service quality remains consistently high throughout the stay. Room cleanliness is a standout feature, maintained superbly regularly. The hotel restaurant is also notable for its good food and diverse menu.

While conveniently located near a Metro station, the hotel may not ideally suit those who prefer walking or driving, as the surrounding area could be more conducive.

The staff were accommodating, they provided free water, and helped guide us and advised us on the best options for transportation. The hotel is located directly next to a metro station, which was the main source of transportation we used. The breakfast was good, and the room was spacious. Overall it was an amazing experience.

I found an ant on a piece of lettuce during breakfast.

Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The reception area and rooms were clean and tidy. We opted for a family room with a sea view. Although there was only two of us we wanted a bigger room. The size of the room was great. Plenty of space to sit and relax and the room was quiet with no noise from next door. The room was also air conditioned. Rooms were cleaned everyday. We used the spa facilities and only the gym, sauna & steam were include. The hamam and massages were extra however they ranged from £15 for a body scrub to around £35 for a 50 minute massage which I found reasonable. Location wise it is around 10km from Kadikoy however there are a lot of local malls and food places which you could walk to. Taxi’s are easy to get and everyone uses their metre unlike in other areas of Istanbul.

The gym lacked much equipment and was outdated. I was hoping to use these facilities however I opted not due to the lack of equipment. We asked for a iron and the cables were exposed however the hotel swapped this straight away and apologised.

Very friendly staff they took cate of everything for me would like to come here again

they charged 150 TL uselessly for my guests twice who came to my room directly for business meetings

It is truly a wonderful and very elegant hotel The hotel's location is one of the best in Istanbul, as it is close to the center of Asia My family and I are very thankful for the hotel's customer service. They really have a very wonderful service ( Mr. Kenan ) is the authorized person in the hotel. He is a wonderful and very kind man who serves the customers a lot Thank you and all your employees at the hotel I give them 100%

Alhough, we didn't have breakfast throughout our stay but the menu list is fine. The location is superb, quite but a bit far to the commercial centre.

We like the environment, facilities, friendly and approachable staff, free spa, but the only thing is the massage in the spa comes with fee which is on the high side, there should be affordable range for that.

No alcohol in any of the restaurants/bar

Yes the staff are very friendly and considerate to my first time traveller needs. The staff at reception are very very very helpful and Elif at breakfast always greets with a happy smile and warm greetings when I come for breakfast every morning. Staff in all relevant departments have assisted me and helped me out enormously. I am trying to remember everyones names so I can thank individuals if I can. That is why I stay an extra time. Thank you.

Two person young girl and two men’s from reception..when I wrote to staff but I’m deaf only coverscatpion with person . Other they really very unrespect and nosey looked at us what do I wrote . I said then why looked at me . They are laughter like insulting disgusting.. idiot

Close to metro station, 5 mins walk. Just off the D100 main road, great place to stay if you don't want to drive into central Istanbul. Parked m/cycle securely at side of hotel. Good value for money hotel

The check in was rather slow as our room was not ready, got upgraded to larger room which was very nice for 2 people, after a 75 minute wait in lobby. No Forex change facility in hotel, need to walk to piazza plaza, ground floor, 20 min walk.
