This hotel is absolutely amazing and I can definitely recommend it and stay here again., The rooms were tidy, clean and comfortable. The shower was great, a bathtub would have been nice. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The spa is a dream, I got several massages and I can definitely recommend it. Very relaxing and great when you are jetlagged. The breakfast is good, a lot of different options and the eggstation is lovely. The hotel is a short cab ride away from a mall (Hilltown Mall) or if you feel like waling, its about 7-10 minutes away from the hotel. But it's very easy to reach because it's one straight line you have to walk. I walked it during the daytime and I felt completely safe.

The only thing that caught me by surprise is that women weren't allowed in the pool without a bonnet/hair cap. This was available upon purchase for 250 lira. (about 8 USD/ 7.5 EUR) - I asked several staff members why this was necessary and nobody could give me an explanation. If it was because women in general have longer hair than men and they are affraid for hairloss, I can somewhat understand it..but during my stay there were 2 men who had longer hair than I had and they were allowed in the pool without a bonnet. This made me a little upset and I still do not know what the reason was. Again, everything else was great, the hotel and spa are beautiful and I will stay here again - but this didn't sit well with me and I do think it is worth mentioning.

The hotel was very attractive and for the price I paid, it was a bargain! I had the room with the sea view/ Motorway view which was astonishing. The amenities in the room were as expected, all present and room keeping did a great job keeping in tidying the room everyday.

For a 5 star hotel, the cleanliness in the toilet could be improved. Also, I got a special surprise arranged for my wife which included a bouquet of flowers and baloons in the room, this could be improved as it was quite underwhelming. I was told there would be a complimentary drink as well but there was none so was very disappointed as I was expecting it.

The breakfast was good, but I am thinking that they can offer more good quality of the cheeses, hams, salami, so it can be not just good, but very delicious! :)

There is no straight way from the hotel's ground floor the the outside swimming pool. There is, but it's through the restaurant on the ground floor and sometimes this entrance to the swimming pool it's closed, sometimes it's not. The next way to go to the swimming pool is through the B1 /-1/ floor: there you must mark your room's card and go walking two floors up on the stairs, which is a bit of complicated scheme. They must think about this! :)

The hotel is beautiful with amazing views of The Princes Islands. There is a shopping mall just up from the hotel which is convenient, it’s around a 5 minute walk.

Our room was like an oven!! It was so cold in Istanbul but the heat in the room was uncomfortable, we had to have our window open. Even with a visit from the hotels maintenance team, the room was still so warm! The air conditioning was clearly not working!

The hotel is really pleasant. I enjoyed my stay there. While their spa facilities were generally good, the absence of a jacuzzi was noticeable. If they included this amenity, it would enhance the experience even further. The staff members were friendly and helpful, contributing to my overall satisfaction with their service.

One aspect I didn't appreciate was the policy of locking the minibar if the deposit was not paid (or the credit card not blocked). This practice left a negative impression on me.

The view was excellent, the room was so clean and comfortable and the hotel personnel were very friendly, everything was great.

I have to criticize about two problems, first about booking I remember that I booked my stay including breakfast but it didn't write in the email you sent me,so I think its booking team's mistake, and second the location of the hotel is far from public transportation, its 15-20 minutes walk to subway station, maybe they can have facilitys to help their guests

Nice 5 star hotel, with friendly staff especially the one guy in charge in the reception area and those in the pool area. They were always trying to find us a spot next to the pool with sun beds and an umbrella the fastest possible, really trying their best. Staff in the breakfast area were not that friendly though and breakfast didn’t have many sweet options, but was good in general. What we didn’t like was the fact that you had lots of people with nose jobs (women mostly) and hair implants (guys mostly) running around with bloody plasters all over their faces and heads/necks. Not nice at all, especially when you are trying to eat. Stained bedsheets and towels also did give a bad impression although the cleanliness wasn’t that bad in general. Free covered parking spot on site and Mall right next to the property are a plus!

In general the hotel has a beautiful flower-shaped architecture. The room was very spacious and well equipped. The SPA and gym part of the hotel was very good. Beautiful, it smelled good and the staff was very attentive. A special thanks to Ersen the bellboy who welcomed us and made us feel at ease. He was also available when we left the hotel. A great guy

the welcome of the staff at check in and check out.staff seemed overwhelmed and gave insufficient information. The Hotel should offer shuttle from the airport or to point of interest in the area like the port or Bagdat caddesi

The overall look of the hotel was very luxurious and we loved it! My favorite was the breakfast which was really good! And our room was very high above it was both city and sea view which was really really nice! We personally loved the location! We very much loved the mall nearby the hotel as well!

We honestly expected the restaurant above to be fancier and bigger than that, it was just ok.. not bad but not what we expected for the hotel.
