Most of the staff were very helpful and polite except one. Room certainly wasn't large, but just about big enough, but the bathroom was a fair size. All very clean and of reasonable standard of decor. Breakfast was ok.
One staff I found to be very rude by clicking his fingers to get my attention.

The staff were very uneasy and hard, i booked a 3 people bedroom that came with two single beds and a twin bed, they had me to pay an extra 1000 lira for only an extra person to the room when renting a complete room was for 1300. Doesn’t really make sense to me (should be cheaper considering a full room is for 1300). Honestly not complaining about the money just the act itself. Another thing old furniture for sure and the smell of the rooms weren’t pleasing. Again, the staff strictness and unprofessionally made me feel uncomfortable (they would question every single step you make in the hotel)

on arrival they said the air condition system is collapsed so we need to send u to our other hotel which is 10 minutes away and I only have this choicthis we’ll destroy all my plan as I have exam in the university next to the hotel So I had to go to the new hotel as they well provide me the transportation on their account But this also was alie I changed the room twice because there were no hot water supply in the first one In the second room , in the night there no hot water to take shower Hot water only in the daytime I am a doctor and I have to say this is the worst hotel ever I
