Elif and Dilara at the reception desk were exceptional and provided excellent customer service throughout my whole trip! The aesthetics of the interior design and facilities of the hotel are incredible and the staff demonstrated positive attitudes to ensuring great responsibility were taken to fulfil my own personal needs. Busra was fantastic in communicating preferences and handled all aspects of my booking immensely, whilst also taking the time to greet me with a personal message from the minute I landed at Sabiha Gocken airport. Great staff, phenomenal service and remarkable hotel to ensure you enjoy your stay and have a lovely trip.

The dog were always lying in hotel entrance and they smelled very bad and it is terrible for a hotel. it’s better to take the dogs somewhere else. Hotel was not like the pictures in Booking.com but not so bad

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Food and service was great. I was helped tremendously by the Guest Relations with a special diet and general support with finding my way around. Level of English of the staff is not always great but for me this was compensated by Guest Relations.

Everything works in the room. Central air conditioning struggles a little but manages to make room comfortable.
Location is much farther from SAW than we thought. Taxi drivers gouged us both ways taking the freeway route instead of the direct route but that is not hotels problem.

Very nice hotel, has Hamam & swimming pool in it, so as restaurant. Rooms are stylish & comfortable. Attentive personnel.
It’s location is far from city attractions. It takes around 15-20 minutes to get to subway. But if you just want to stay away from crowds or prefer to use taxi, the place is great.

It is a well built, high class hotel with all necessary amenities, especially for business travels.
The rooms are no longer that fresh and crisp as in a new hotel. Not sure how long ago it was opened but it might need some refreshments.
