Very good breakfast, the rooms spacious, location far from the center but near the metro and shopping mall.

The rooms could be more clean, also for early check in they ask 100 eu to add, there were no enough towels, no bathrobes, no slippers for 4 people until we asked and they bring. There are no shampoo and body wash in the pool showers and water was leaking from the bathtub.

The room was huge and so was the bed. It was so clean and the bathroom was lovely. They gave us so many amenities like coffee tea sugar. The bathroom had shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion and slippers. They even gave a sewing kit! Housekeeping everyday. Best location as it’s connected to the ‘Canpark Mall’. A lift from the hotel takes you straight to food court of the mall. Walk up the street and it’s full of local cafes and shop for amazing local Turkish food at really good prices. Walk even further and you’ll find high end shops with a bit more expensive food and shopping.

No snacks or anything when arriving like some other hotels give complimentary fruit and sweets.

We liked everything Parking. Mall down stairs, metro station is close. Very good breakfast.

-The Room and furniture are of very good quality and design. -Property is attached to a shopping center which gives the guest easy shopping and a variety of shops nearby. -Staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you may need. -30 Mins from the airport.

Nothing I haven't liked, the hotel is PERFECT!

Its connected to the mall but the connector closes at 10.pm. it should be open at all times even if the shops closes at 10.pm.

this is a chic big hotel that is connected to a shopping mall. Nearby there is a metro and bus stop, many cafes and a shopping street. great variety of breakfasts. indoor swimming pool inside the hotel. and every day in our room they changed towels and bed linen several times, also free drinking water, and treated us with warm delicious cookies. upon request, we were given a bathrobe and made a sofa. very friendly and super polite staff.

Caps are required for the pool, but we took ours with us. in a room for 4 people there is one bed and a sofa bed, but we already knew this before

the location is great, as we had access to many restaurants and were able to take the kids to the play ground anytime we wanted. the staff were amazing, always helpful and approchable

the money exchange shop was a bit far from the hotel

The location of the hotel was great as it was above Canpark shopping mall and beside the train station. Hotel was neat, very good breakfast, friendly staff and comfortable bed. Above all the Front Office Manager Sinan was very nice and helpful. He responded to all our needs, questions and if not for his advise on the quickest transportation route to the airport, we would have missed our flight. Thanks to all the team at this hotel for helping my husband organise my birthday cake. The cutting of the cake was a beautiful small celebration. Although a birthday card from the hotel would have sealed it all. I will recommend hotel and visit again in future.

Apart from very useful information and directions provided by Sinan on the the area, a tour information desk would be useful in organising site seeing/visits

perfect cleaning everyday, friendly staff and good view from our room. Direct entrance to a Mall with many stores and supermarket and food court. Two minutes walking to the metro from the mall. The lobby manager protected us from being harassed by a taxi driver who tried to chase us.

Need to wear swimming cap in the pool area.

Breakfast good
