close to a noisy street. even at the 10th floor the traffic bothered me during the night. there was a winter blanket on top of the bed, maybe something lighter for end of June would be better.

It`s best breakfast so far in Istanbul. And the hotel staff is so welcoming and firendly. Especially Mrs Neslihan Fidan is very kind lady to do an excellent service forthe hotel guests. Mr Serhan also serve excellent and friendly. Thank you for the great experience. I will suggets all my friends who is gonna stay in Istanbul.

Executive lounge was a bonus especially for us as a family where children could have snacks. And the cafe in the reception was excellent

Over all, it was good. However, if you have turned up late for breakfast they would not replenish some of the food. Since the hotel says breakfast open until 10:30 then all food should be available until that time. We were on floor 14, two floor up there was a restaurant where they had loud music until very late. We could hear it in our room, it made us quite tired because we could not sleep until they stopped it. And this was repeated every night.

The valley parking guy is very terrible, rude and unprofessional. And in a 5-star hotel this is unacceptable.

The Staff was good, ready to assist and welcoming despite the pandemic. The room was tided every day and when the house keeper noticed we had a baby she placed extra water, towels etc. Very nice touch.

The baby bed. It was broken and no matress they just placed some blankets inside so it was not confortable for our baby and he slept with us on the bed. For a 5 stars hotel they should invest into at least a baby matress for more comfort. The access to the pool was not easy. Réservation, pay the disposable cap 3 euros! etc. Ok it’s pandemic but it’ s also a good excuse to make money. The pool water was EXTREMEMY COLD.

Everything except the staff

Room space is fine compared to other hotels, staff are great specially of the front desk .. they helped us a lot and took the initiative in resolving issue with a taxi driver who charged us more than his taxi meter by 50 turkish liras.. also front desk were very kind and offered us a free early check in and helped in late check out to their maximum.. thanks a lot they are very nice and professional. View from our room in the 14th floor was very nice .. location in front of Optimum outlet mall helped in getting food from restaurants in the mall and snacks from the supermarket .. also food at the hotel is delicious..

The hotel in general is very good .. only beds need more attention as pillows are not comfortable and duvet had bad smell.. Housekeeping also need more attention as they sometimes forget to put same number of towels as the ones we need to change .. tv channels need to include some important channels that can suit nationalities other than turkish.

Perfect reception, particularly Busra Hanim and other staff.

The housekeeping did not vacuum the floors, did not even clean the empty water bottles. But interestingly threw my daily care products (travel size moisturizers etc) which was awful. Nevertheless, due to my perfect overall experience, I tend to ignore her weakness.

Location near the shopping mall. The Manager of the hotel immediately resolved the problem during check in and arranged a new room for us. Very good breakfast. Very friendly, always with her smile the cleaning woman- Mrs. Meral.

We were greeting very well by receptionist staff Büsra who dealt with our needs smoothly- thank you! We later meet a lady called Humay who was excellent in meeting our needs and making our stay the best as possible. Would definitely consider going back! Location was great, opposite a shopping centre which makes it convenient.
