Great amenities, great quality building and quiet room. Great views over Istanbul. Taxi stop downstairs. Ertugrul Bozkurt from the front office is excellent in paying attention to customer satisfaction. Thank you again for the fantastic stay.

this was my second stay within this year in Fraser. I am sure I will have a third stay and more whenever i travel to Istanbul. nice area around, friendly people everywhere. golden gym, and super location. staff are very professional and friendly. had a pleasure to get help by Anas, a very nice and polite person.

Very clean, modern, spacious apartments. My kids really enjoyed the opportunity to book the pool exclusively for our family. The pool itself was standard but the option to use it only for us was extremely exciting. Excellent Migros shop right at the ground floor of the hotel, taxi station also right next to the hotel.

We knew it from the beginning but still the property is way outside of the city center. Its 15 min on foot from the closest subway station.

Everything was above my expectations. The staff is excellent helpful, very polite and they solved all my requests as check out 3 hours later (they accepted it without extra charge). The apartment have excellent cleaning service, all the kitchen equipments you will need and everyhting smells "brand new"! The location is excellent, the view from 46th floor was amazing. I highely recommend it.

The location of the hotel is good, avails the parking car in the hotel.

The price is expensive, and the breakfast does not have variations.

Super convenient location at the heart of shopping areas, close to tourist destinations and close to awesome restaurants. View from the apartment was awesome. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was clean and maintained well. I loved having a proper couch, kitchen and a dining table! It would be awesome to come here with family as well! And most importantly the staff was super courteous and friendly throughout!

Nothing really, but parking could have been a bit easier. Registering the plate number for my rental took a while, so until then I needed a security personnel to allow me into the parking lot. They were there 24/7 so it did not impact anything, but it would have been faster if the plate was added into the system so the gates are automatic.

This residence was very good with excellent customer service…. The consistency from fresh breakfast to clean rooms to the most helpful staff from front desk to managers was outstanding… the location is great with public transport to taxi just outside . The security factor was on point. The staff are helpful from set go 24 hours.I will be staying here again. Thank you Fraser place.

I cannot fault and I am a frequent traveler for work and leisure this was not only value for money but so satisfying that there was no hick ups … I mean no one want to deal with residence when they are on holiday…. Thank you Fraser place.

- As the comments online state, the staff is incredibly amazing, kind and helpful, its 10/10 for staff, always available for you at any time, day and night. - Spacious flat, nice view. - Cleanliness top - Comfortable and very quiet. - Also the appliances inside are all Siemens brand, which is not a simple detail, it means, Fraser chose the best materiel for the customers and residents. - The shower is very good also with excellent water pressure.

- location is not that great, its in Sisli, but its at the bottom of huge hill, so to go to Sisli main avenue, if you are on foot, you need to climb a long way up. I think its a nice place to stay in the accommodation and take taxi to go to other areas like Taksim, Besiktas or anywhere else. But Sisli, beyond nice accommodations and hotels there, i dont recommend particularly to enjoy around. - Price is definitely above the service it provides especially given the area.

from the minute I entered the staff ere very helpful! lujan made sure we were comfortable until our room was ready! they served us coffee for no extra charge. the service was insanely fast!! whatever we ask for in minutes we get! most staff are fluent in English and some Arabic too. amazing view from our room on 45th floor our flight was scheduled at 11 pm so Anas from front desk was very helpful and offered a late check out with no extra charge! what more can we ask for.. carrefour and some cafes and restaurants are around! a pharmacy and a spa abd barber shop too. location is very safe and security around I will definitely come back and visit again!!

stiff bed but they got us a mattress topper to make it better. not walkable location you must get a car to go around but very close to all major attractions

I love this place, it was just the right setting for us. The fact that everything we could have asked for was there, made it feel like a home away from home in a hotel. It's an apartment that comes with room, bathroom, open plan kitchen and living room, has a cooker, oven, fridge freezer, microwave a (full kitchen)! As well as a washing machine with a dryer, not to mention the view omg it's Breathtaking. The highlight for me is watching the sunset in the comfort of my home. All guests have access to a steam room, sauna, and gym. there is a supermarket on site that sells everything. But you have the choice of eating in or in their restaurant and also local coffee shops. The staff is friendly and very helpful. When I visit Istanbul again this is where I will stay.
