Jaff Hotels & Spa Nisantasi

The availability of the people in the reception was outstanding, they were very welcoming! The Nisantasi area is one of the chicest one to be in, so the hotel was in a really good area. Heater worked beatifully.

From the picture I thought the room would be bigger. I didn't know the bathroom was divided in 2, so I was surprised! But really nothing that bothered me at all. The room needed just a little bit of cleaning; a part from this, everything was excellent.

I liked almost everything - from the meeting to the send-off. At the reception I was met by two charming and pretty girls named Aysel and Aidan, who conquered me not only with their oriental beauty, but also with professionalism in the hotel business. The hotel is located in a beautiful area of Istanbul, close to Osmanbey Metro Station. On foot you can reach the huge Cevahir Shopping Center and make wonderful purchases. From the hotel you can also walk to the famous Istiklal Street.

Separation of toilet and shower rooms. Because of this, the shower room was small. If you combine them, you will get a full bathroom. Although some people like the separation of the toilet room from the shower.

The room was super clean, room service excellent, the location is not in the middle of everything but nearby a metro station (Osmanbey) and thus well connected to many places of interest. We got upgrades to our booking which was of course nice as well. The price seems very decent, great value for money.

It was a bit confusing as google maps shows this hotel as "Four Sides Sisli", with sub-title jaff hotels Nisantasi, apparently they changed the name. In one of our rooms the towel as well as the toilet paper holder fell off, it is not broken but just a matter of tighten up the screw. Unfortunately on the day of our arrival, May 1st, the metro did not stop/serve at the Osmanbey station, only at the next one about 1km further, in front of a mall, so we ended up taking a taxi to arrive - not sure how often such reduced public transporation service occurs, but when it happens it is inconvenient, and also difficult to figure out the problem as the announcements in the metro are only made in turkish.

- location near metro station Osmanbey. 10min walk to Nisantasi/City’s, Cevahir mall, Bomonti. coffee shops, stores, markets, pharmacy, everything is nearby. - deluxe room is nice and big (with balcony) (one year old son got plenty of space to walk and play) - lovely and kind staff. also thanks for the birthdaycake. - good cleaning in the rooms, slippers etc. thank you guys!

- shower/bathroom a bit outdated (water flow is very good though) - first night we got the wrong room. however, it was fixed very well the next morning - street is a bit steap and with steps, good to go with stroller but not perfect.

The staff members are very helpful and polite. Special thanks to Adnan and Zekrollah for their kind assistance. There was room cleaning available everyday and the breakfast was great with a lot of variations available! The location is good, as everywhere is close by and the metro is a few minutes walk from the hotel.

The building itself could be renovated as it is a bit old. The rooms are generally different and smaller than they look from the pictures. The sound of other rooms could also be heard from the hallway and from your rooms, which was a bit disturbing.

Excellent hotel, great value for money! Great breakfast with varying foods, good coffee. Easy as buffet layout with chef specials daily. Staff very helpful and friendly, most staff members speak enough english. Room was very clean, excellent service every day (we stayed 10 days). Layout of the room was good with a lot of desk and shelf space. Location of the hotel very good, close to restaurants and shops, 5 min to metro station so into the city (to main attractions) takes only 15 to 20 minutes with trains leaving every 6 minutes. We enjoyed walking back, seeing many aspects of this great city. We will return in the future!

The rooms are on the small side, especially shower, but contain everything needed and as mentioned the desk and shelves made life easier. On the pictures the impression is that rooms are larger than actual.

Location was excellent near an M2 metro station. Staff were friendly and helpful including enabling us to check in early after travelling for 24 hours. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was good with powerful shower.

Room felt a bit cramped. It was awkward to get to the farside of the bed due to room layout. Bedroom doors close with a slam which was disturbing at night particularly as some guests on our floor were back and forth until 4am.

Everything was excellent! Staff very friendly , helpful and caring ( always with smile on) Hotel itself is very nice, spacious rooms, cleaning every day , very comfortable Breakfast very fresh and various Location is perfect, near metro service was really 5 stars , made our holiday so unforgettable ! Thank you very much !! We recommend this hotel to all our friends and relatives !

The workers are very kind and helpful. I also liked the diversity in the nationalities of the workers and they speak different languages, and this helps in their dealings with customers. The location is very good, and it is in an area in the middle of several markets, and services and transportation are well available

Breakfast and coffee were not of a good standard, and there is no place to park a car, even for a few minutes, as the main door is directly on the street.
