Everything was perfect, starting with front desk team , cleaning ( they really deserve that 4 stars ) ,huge room size , hotel position ( we traveled by car, so it was easy to go everywhere we wanted) , quiet area ( rarely in Istanbul ) .We preferred to eat traditional breakfast in near Bosfor restaurants, so , I can’t tell anything about morning food, but we ordered late dinner ones and it was very tasty! I Very good prices for great value! I highly recommend this hotel !

One of the best hotel and friendliest staff I have ever met, I arrived at the hotel 10 am and i was very tired, check in was supposed to be at 2 pm but when the receptionist saw i was tired she immediately gave me my room without charging any extra money.. The room was cleaned every day meticulously.. 2 water bottles was provided everyday for free and if u wanted more they would happily give u.. thank u to all the lovely staff there ❤️

Very good place, the staff is very polite, they made for us a special compromise to entered a room before 14:00 pm, because we need to take a shower for appointment in hospital Memorial. The hotel is located close to Hospitals and Laboratories. There are restaurant in the hotel and Starbucks coffee, around the hotel there are 7/24 restaurants, also a taxi station. Public transport metrobus is 700m from the hotel close to Memorial hospital. People speak English, and all the staff is very smiling and kind.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the HSK lady, she was adorable! The room was very clean and tidy, overall it was very comfortable to stay in the room. The bed was very soft and comfortable.

Location: although the hotel is located in quite a good place, the closest metro/bus station are in minimum 15 minutes of walking. Should be considered if you're travelling on a low budget and mainly plan to use public transport. Noise: our room was with a street view, so it was very noisy during the night because of the cars and motorcycles. Should consider this if you are noise-sensitive during sleeping.

The stay was wonderful at the Ibis Bomonti Hotel. The reception services were fast and professional. They received us with love, kindness and a wonderful smile. They upgraded the room to a very spacious superior room, clean and the bathroom as well. The rooms are cleaned daily. The location is very beautiful, quiet and close to Nisantasi, Jawaher Mall and many beautiful places.

The location is near Cevahir shopping mall. They upgraded my already upgraded room for free, so I got a big suit, with one bedroom for the price of a single room. This Hotel was by far the best hotel I stayed in Turkey.

The coffee in the lobby was not free, and was too expensive

Very friendly stuff, clean spacious rooms. They also have Starbucks point at the hotel and can deliver directly to the room.

Location is not great. The hotel is right beside a busy road, which is a bit noisy, even though the rooms are insulated well I could hear the road. The overall area is mostly industrial, it takes some 20 minutes walking to a street with shops and restaurants. On the other side, if all you need is a place to sleep and taxi to get somewhere in the city, it may be a great option. Personally, I would stay here again for work, but not with my family.

I liked most the staff they helped my child and bring the ambulance 🚑 For him when he ate eggs 🥚 by mistake and he is allergic, they treat my child like there son , I liked that much and I appreciate. Hotel is clean and calam The breakfast was perfect Mr. Serkan at reciption is very respectful gentle and helpful
