Delita City Hotel

Everything was amazing, the room was great and in perfect condition. The staff is genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve ever met during any of my hotel stays, incredibly hospitable and helpful.

The hotel’s receptionist is very helpful especially the girl i do not remember her name but she was amazing and so helpful

i did not like the breakfast so much it was very basic and there is no change. Also, the waiter responsible for breakfast is very rude and not welcoming at all and she does not want to bring anything if its finished.

The location is perfect, it was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and Soner Bey, the night manager, was very friendly and helpful. We found it by accident, but it is very clear that we will come back for our next stay in Istanbul.

Beautiful interior, clean rooms, location was very good (metro in walking distance and the area around was nice), very friendly staff, they helped us immediately when we had problems with the safe (twice)

The walls are a bit thin and we orded a taxi at the hotel and first of all the driver was very unfriendly and aggressive and also charged us more than double the price than we normally should have paid (a bit disappointing, because we expected the hotel to order us a trustworthy driver)

The receptionist is very friendly. I highly thanks Boja, she helped us to check in quickly and served us very well. I will make sure I come back again to enjoy my staying in this hotel.

The location is awesome. Close to all kinds of shops. Breakfast is amazing.

The breakfast was good, however would have been nice if it was different everyday. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Room had good facilities and exactly all what I required.

It was a bit of a walk to the metro train station and I would rather stayed closer to the main attractions in the city centre. I was offered the loft room top floor with balcony but the downside was that the roof made some ventilation sounds which you can hear in the night that may bother others if they are not deep sleepers like me :)

We had some issues and difficulties in parking our car, although the hotel did mention that they do have a parking service and it's available for the guests which was not. But they offered the parking services in a hotel next to delita which was the holiday inn. They had some arrangements together but the Holiday inn hotel management they're not cooperative and did not allow us to park our car in their parking area. So we park our car 2 blocks away from the hotel which was not convenient and it was 15 minutes away. However, The hotel manager offered few solutions but again it didn't work and it was a hassle to find a car park in that area.
