The people, they were really nice, the frontdesk lady, I can't remember her name, helped me a lot, both with Check in as check out, and she kindly offered to take me to the airport for a rate similar to Uber. The room was very comfortable, a little small but as I am travelling alone, it was actually quite convenient. The hotel is lovelly all together, and the best part is on floor 6, the dining room, if you sneak though a low built window, you can get a beautiful sight from Turkey's sunset. Really nice place.

It's not really a problem but the location is far from the touristic sites, the subway is really close, but at night the streets you have to walk through to get there, do get a little bit lonely, this is the only issue I would comment, so you have to have in mind that if you're returning late, it's better if you take a taxi. I never felt insecure by the way, although I walked at night, just not your favorite night landscape.

I want to thank everyone at Mr. Beyaz Hotel for their kindness and everything they do to keep the hotel cozy and comfy for their guests. I am not very picky but I like peaceful and clean places with polite staff where I can also have my privacy. I was very happy with my queen room at Mr. Beyaz, it was on the 3rd floor, very nice and bright and the cleanliness was kept on the highest level. Yes, the school is nearby and one could sometimes hear the children playing outside but that is not that loud and not disturbing at all! If anything, if gives you the feeling that you are in a safe area, although I find Istanbul to be pretty safe in general, at least that is my experience. Nights were very quiet and peaceful. Also the hotel staff (literally everyone I met there) was very polite and kind and I felt very relaxed. Location is nice too, not too central but I still walked pretty much everywhere, also the Osmanbay Metro station is about 6-8 minutes away for those who don‘t enjoy walking too much. I have already reserved the dates for my next visit soon and am looking forward to it! Thanks again for everything and see you soon!

The room was very clean, and the receptionist Mana, she was always amazing. always there when I needed help, made my stay very comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience. Highly recommend.

You can't order food services from outside the hotel. You have to use their room service only. If you purchase a half board room, breakfast is open buffet, the choices of the second meal is limited, but it's good food and large portions too. They do have a very strict check out policy as you can see notices ALL over the hotel reminding you of the extra charges if stay pass 12:10 however this didn't effect me as I checked out on time anyway.

We found this hotel by chance on the internet. Our goal was to find an affordable place in the city center. First, we wanted to stay in this hotel for one night and then go to a better hotel. But from the moment we entered the hotel, we were met with a warm and sincere treatment by the hotel staff. The hotel manager told us: If you find a little dirt in your room, we will refund all your money. We did it too 😅😅 We were really looking for faults. 😅😅 From breakfast to the lobby, we checked everywhere. The hotel is really clean and I did not find any fault. Then we decided to extend our room for another 5 days. And we are happy about this decision. This is a different hotel, very wonderful. This hotel is definitely very good.

The reception team (Shirin, Mana, Sarwar and Adam) are very professional and friendly. All hotel staff are very friendly. If you are a traveler for any reason, you know that there is a big difference between star hotels, boutique hotels and hostels. But to be honest, this boutique hotel is no different from multi-star hotels in terms of breakfast. And in terms of cleanliness, it is much cleaner than 4 or 5 star hotels. The distance from the hotel to the main street is about 3-4 minutes. The location of the hotel is such that it is easy to access all areas of Istanbul and shopping centers. If you want to have a comfortable stay, I recommend this boutique hotel to everyone.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. Upon arrival, they welcomed me with Turkish coffee. From the hotel, it is less than 4 minutes walk to the main street, and less than 8 minutes walk to Osman Bey subway. As it is located in the city center, it is very easy to access the bus, metro and metro bus. It is located in a very quiet and safe area. The receptionists are very kind. There, I realized that the reason for the cleanliness of the hotel is because of the management of Ms. Zainab and her team. I am very grateful to all the staff. I wish I could write all their names in this comment.

Really clean hotel, love the decor! Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping and cafeteria staff was kind and pleasant. they let me keep my bags there for a couple of hours after checkout. There’s a cute cat that hangs around in the lobby if you’re a cat person!

there’s always a strange smell in the bathroom that doesn’t go away no matter what they do, I think it’s just the sewage system here because I stayed in another location and they had the same issue with their bathroom too. breakfast is free but you’re better off eating outside for other meals because their food is ridiculous. lastly, taxis always have a hard time finding the hotel so I just tell them to meet at the little corner store around the corner.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. This hotel is a boutique hotel, but the hotel breakfast is like 4 or 5 star hotels in Istanbul. Thanks to the admissions team for their guidance. The cook and waiter were very kind and friendly, I thank Jora and Aslan. Also, the hotel's desserts are very fresh and delicious, Janan, the main chef there, prepares delicious desserts. Their behavior with guests is like a close family. I will book a room in this hotel again and recommend it to everyone. It is a very good experience.

I booked a room in this hotel for the first time. And I can say that this hotel is really wonderful. Its location is very good. The hotel is located in a very quiet area with high security. The treatment of the hotel reception staff is excellent. I am really grateful to MANA, she treated me and other guests very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, delicious and fresh. I ordered food there and the food was very delicious. The hotel is extremely clean. It is a boutique hotel but I can say that it is no different from multi-star hotels and even better than four or five star hotels. I am very thankful to the management there for this great management. I would book a room at this hotel again and recommend it to others.
