Extraordinary hotel with a clean rooms and a close location to the facilities and services, the staf were great especially Esra Akyüz and Nilsu Bagiguzel , and for the prices they are beyond perfect, also it is none alcoholic hotel.

Excellent staff

This is the 4th time I have stayed at this fine hotel and usually I stay 5-7 days at a time including this trip which was basically from Wednesday to Sunday. It is a gem and probably the best hotel in the area. The place looks really luxurious and gorgeous which immediately makes you feel good . Rooms are spacious and well laid out and the bathrooms are exceptional. My wife and I are very particular about bathrooms and these are modern and very clean. We got the suite and it is a home away from home. We don't always get the breakfast as we sometimes like to enjoy eating in the plethora of amazing food places across the road. Though the breakfast buffet is 5 star and recommended if you feel like treating yourself. If working out is important to you the gym , pool and spa facilities are resort style and highly recommended. My stays here are really to visit my daughter who studies at Okan university so i don't do much sightseeing or anything like that but it is well located and convenient. Less than 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from viaport outlet shopping , across the road from many restaurants and close to the university as well . I wish I could remember everyone's names but Mr Basar does an excellent job managing an amazing team and the girls at the front desk are always smiling, welcoming and helpful.

It's hard to find fault. Remember the culture is different in Turkey and a lot of people do not realize that the staff here go above and beyond to make it easier for foreign guests to feel at home. English is not easy and if you understand this fact you will appreciate what the team here does so much more. Probably the only challenge is that they always seem to be shooting a local TV series here whenever I stay and if you're not careful you end up walking into a movie set. A testament to how glitzy the place looks. This is actually quite nice to see.

As usual this hotel and welcoming staff do not disappoint. My time here ended up being longer than planned. I had actually checked out and made my way to the airport when, due to unforseen circumstances I had to extend my stay. It was a stressful few hours but the front desk made sure I was taken care of.. Gizem at the front desk in particular was stellar in making sure me coming back and everything was easy and this helped reduce my stress levels immensely. The front desk, guest relations, bell staff and concierge are always willing to go the extra mile. I wish I could remember everyone's names. They are all so good at what they do.

I try to find things that I don't like but at a hotel like this its hard to fault. I think having so many light switches in the bedrooms can be confusing. :). I think I eventually figured it out

The best Hotel I ever stayed. I got free upgrade to the Suite Room - 1 bedroom and one living room, 2 rest rooms and amazing shower. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, like home. You will find all you need in bathroom including teeth brush and bathroom robes. The SPA is the best spa that I saw before! Amaizing pool huge and comfortable water temperature, amazing gym including all that you need for sport goals achievements, Turkish Hamam, 2 saunas (wet and dry). The location is 5 minutes from Asia Sabiha Airport. The Hotel located far from Istanbul center , but there is no problem to take a taxi to Pendik Metro Staying (Marmarai Branch , that will take you to all most visiting places). The price from the Hotel to the Pendik Marmarai Metro Station is 150-180 Turkish lira (8 USD). Marmarai Metro is very cheep and fast and understandable (only one main branch). The hotel staff is the great people that will make your vacation unforgettable and simple! It is very tasty coffee in the cafe in the lobby (coffe cappuccino is very very good) and carrot cake is the best❤️. Thank you, dear Hotel staff and Hotel managers for making my stay unforgettable. I will come back for sure and ASAP❤️

I liked how how the guest relationship supervisor (Valida) has strived to ensure the guest satisfaction and ensuring that the guest loyalty is built properly.

Staff were very nice and always trying to help, from the day of arrival until the last day I can say tha they made my stay more comfortable. The hotel is in top notch condition and it's luxury all the way. The room upkeep is on of the best I have seen in years, I mean I come to my room and all my tshirts which I left in a messy condition are folded nicely on the bed, I mean who does that!

I wish they had more authentic dishes in the Room service menu. I mean Turkish food in my opinion is the best food in the world, and it's not reflected fully in their menu. I have tried other dishes on the menu and they were delecious but they were not Turkish.

location: 5 min from Sabiha Airport, 5 min from Emsey Hospital, many shopping and fast food shops within minutes walking staff: very friendly and helpful especially Valida who answered all our requests rooms: i booked a suite and connected room, it was clean and comfy, but the filling of coffee and tea was lacking(3 times in 14 nights😂😂), cleaning was awesome pool and spa: great sauna, steam room, gym and pool. the kids enjoyed the pool a lot Breakfast: great variety that suits every taste. highly recommended In room dining: good quality overall: very pleasant stay and highly recommended

the AC in one of the rooms malfunctioned and it got really hot.. the technician said it was working but still it was hot... may be need checking the drainage of the bathroom was very slow with water flooding (? clogged drains that need maintenance) one of the rooms had a water leaking from the roof but the staff changed that room immediately... i think the rooms need maintenance to fix all these technical problems the hallway in the seventh floor was very dim (my daughter called it the creepy hallway🤣🤣🤣) may need more lights

Newly built hotel with great management and staff

Price were too high compared to other hotels in same are (over price 155€/night)

The hotel building is new, beautiful and very clean facility. After travelling almost all over the world, this is the 2nd best Movenpick hotel which with unique amenities no where to be found in any hotel. The staff was very polite as they help you as much as they can, specially I would to mention about Mr Hasan Ali (Front Desk) and Luggae boy Mr Abdul Wajid as they were very friendly, helpful, humble and polite. I had a stay for 4 nights in Movenpick, Mr Hasan Ali made my stay even better by upgraded my room for free from Superior to Deluxe. The breakfast buffet has massive options and waiter services are just top nothc. The breakfast was excellent, salad bar area, fresh cooking area, Intercontinental cuisine, sweets section, varitey of juices and they have a whole section ot variety of just Cheese. I would highly recommend anyone to experience this hotel.

The location is a hit far from city centre but the good thing is, it is the closest to Airport abd Viaport Mall is just on back side.

Very beautiful hotel with excellent housekeeping. The rooms are big, high standard and quiet. The breakfast is very rich and of excellent quality. The hotel is only 5 min from the airport sabiha Gökcen and 5 min from the Viaport Outlet city. There are many nice restaurants and shopping facilities right accross the street. Also the in-house restaurant is excellent.

the pillow menu could be more diversified... don't understand why there are two very hard pillows to choose from. Would be better to have a hard one and a soft one. We asked at the front desk for a soft one and it was delivered to the room promptly (but still not soft enough)...
