Dusit D2 Kenz Hotel Dubai

The thing that sets this hotel apart from other are the staff. From the likes of Hamed, Mamhoud or Hamshi at reception or the concierge or the clean and waiting staff, they all make you feel so welcome. The food is great, the rooms a nice and large, there's a great rooftop pool and it's in a great location, easy to get to anywhere in Dubai either way in less than 30 minutes.

Nothing, perfect stay every time.

Great hotel. Stay from June 1-7. In a very good area, close to the "palm", center - Burj Khalifa. The subway stop is very close, you could go out the back and there was a subway 100 meters away. Room very nice, clean, cleaned every day Mr. Asanka very nice and helpful. We stayed half board - the food was very good, nothing was missing, dinner choice from the card. We would like to thank Mr. Agus for professional service in the "Ostro" restaurant

Breakfast was extensive, both local cuisine and a great selection of western food. Location was minutes from the metro station, best accessed through the hotel car park, where it is a 2 minute walk away. From the metro you can get anywhere. Around the hotel you have lots of restaurants, 2 English pubs, supermarkets and wine shop etc. The room was plenty big enough for the 2 of us. The pool on the room was small but never crowded, and available from 7am to 8pm, with free towels. A special shout out to Zakir who despite the fact we arrived and left at crazy times, 3am and 5am, was happy to help with a smile on his face.

Having to leave the hotel. I've no complaints at all, all was very good. We booked a trip through the concierge which was cheaper than booking on line. Amazing.

Staff are friendly and the hotel is clean and comfortable. It was quiet at night and I was able to sleep without being disturbed.

Breakfast includes instant coffee only but if one wants a proper coffee (e.g. capuccino, latte .etc.), then this is charged extra. I think this is outrageous. The cost of breakfast is high enough that the hotel should include at the minimum one coffee per person. If they need to increase the price of breakfast slightly to include the coffee, then they should do that. Asking people to pay extra for the coffee does not give a good image, it puts people off.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever been. Personnel: everyone are very friendly, both reception and restaurant. Thanks to reception, who printed an invoice for me and kept our luggage after checkout. Many thanks to Asif, our housekeeper, he is very friendly and always helped us. Restaurant: there're 2 restaurants in hotel, one of them with Thai food. Food is great and very delicios, wide choise of dishes. There are tables inside and outside the building, nice atmosphere. Room: perfect room with large bed and very soft bed linen Location: hotel is located near Dubai Internet City metro station, so that you can easily access to any area of the city. Plus free transfer to the beach. Also the're free swimming pool and gym in hotel.

Fantastic stay at Dusit D2. Will definitely be returning. Mushing, Mara and Harshi were extremely helpful and ghe apple juice after a long flight was a great welcome touch. Amman, zakir always greeted me with a smile and it felt like coming home. Fabrice as well was wonderful as he would flag the taxis for me and always opened the door. Room Attendetnd Asankar and Mizan kept the room spotless. I don't usually sleep well the first few nights in a hotel but the room was spotless and and I cam vack every night from a long day to a clean and well prepared room. Concierge supervisor Jith - thanks for your help. Locations is right next to the Metro and easily accessible, with plenty restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend Daal Chawal for their food!!! 5 stars 🌟

This hotel was an amazing surprise for us, starting from Romina in the reception with her friendly smile and support, we said (OK, this is the right hotel ) Also Ahmed and Mahmoud from the Reception both of them will be the reason that we come again to this hotel, they know well how to make the guest love the hotel . Big greetings to Zakir and also for the housekeeping staff for their extraordinary effort. Hotel place is a few steps from the Metro ,makes life easier, also close to the mosque, there is supermarket and pharmacy very close , there is an excellent coffee shop in the ground floor. Actually, We enjoyed it too much, and the hotel exceeded our expectations.

I evaluated this hotel before during my previous trip, and this time, I would like to write and share the experience that I had on my trips in August. We know this hotel is good based on the location,the design of the room and is front of the metro. The guest experience that you will get is amazing. Start once you enter the hotel lobby, you find the concierge smiling and ready for any request. If you didn't ask, he will come to you and ask ( can I have your luggage). Also the recipient employees are amazing the will smile at you, and they will explain everything that you need to know about the the hotel and the sarvices that providing, and you will get a couplmantry drink that experience. The breakfast for the is perfect on every trip the equality so good and the maintain it, they are doing good job. In the end, I would like to thank all the staff for the windfall experience that I had, and particular the amazing Marah, Rmina, Mahmoud, Jit and Prem
