good location, good rooms, great value

have stayed here many times before with no problem and have always been impressed with the friendly and co-operative staff at reception. During my most recent stay, the staff at reception were rude, combative, accusatory and difficult including the duty manager. absolutely disgraceful really

Well , This is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in Dubai . To be fair ,I used to stay in 5 stars hotels but honestly no comparison .This one is amazing , Overall it was so pleasant and I extended my stay for further 10 nights . Staff were so friendly thanks for Mr. Younis , Mr.Thomas on the pool , and all others. Room was bigger than normal room size in DXB hotels and VERY clean Carpet , Toilet , Room cleaning and house keeping was absolutely perfect. Gym is nice clean and very motivational, Pool is not that big but clean and entertaining . they do have a Starbucks coffee downstairs and nice lobby where you can do your works in very quite environment . Top of All I can tell this hotel is more than VALUE of MONEY.

Hotel location is extremely ideal, Room was very clean and comfortable and i enjoyed coming to this location whenever i visited. Faizan and Daniyal at reception are super professional and they knew how to deal with customers. I will recommend this property to other friends. 10/10 for super service.

I know this hotel for long time since the opening. Good location and nice interiour

There are many damages in the rooms that they didnt fix. They put folia on the bathroom glasses. Also rooms are kinda dirty and smelly. Even the sign is there "do not disturb" and i informed receptionist about extending they were knocking my door. It is very disturbing. However to value-price is ok.

Property is in a central location and accessible to quite a lot of cafes, restaurants and bars. This facility is calm and has all the desired comfort a customer would expect and good value for money.

What I don’t quite find nice or necessary is that this facility still holds your money as deposit. I mean, who does that these days? Why do I have to be kept waiting for 10 minutes upon checkout just cus they need to go observe my room first 🤷‍♂️. Also, sometimes we just wanna get a room, rest up and watch proper TV 📺 and not be forced to watch all those channels. A smart TV would at least suffice.

It is a very reasonably priced accommodation in Barsha Heights, very clean, and the beds are super comfy.

We had to check in at around 2 AM, and the receptionist was chatting with another guy who claimed he came to make a reservation, but it did not seem so at all. I asked whether it is only one receptionist working at that hour, and he said yes, then they continued talking, now not in English. We had to express our emotions only after what the receptionist told the guy something in their language and the guy left. And the thing I don't like about this hotel is the bar, due to which you encounter drunk people who think they can ask you questions when you clearly are not going to entertain them.

I enjoyed my stay at Signature hotel. The room was cozy and clean, and all the facilities were available to maximize comfort. Room service and telephone operators answered quickly and were very helpful and respectful—great friendly staff. I want to mention a few names: Mr.Omar Mir was a great help in sorting out an issue with my booking and made my check-in quick and hassle-free. Darius from Food & Beverages is a star, and I always get my food quickly and served with a smile, thanks to him and Ram. They both are amazing people. Lastly, Margret from Housekeeping is a cheerful and sweet lady. My room is always shiny, thanks to her. Overall, the Signature hotel is an excellent value for money and has one of the best staff. I highly recommend it.

My room view was boring. The adjacent building is blocking everything. Maybe I will get a room with a better view on my next stay.

The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Always greeted with a warm smile and they were genuinely out there to facilitate their guests. I got travel adapter, ironing board, late check-out and some print-outs from the hotel and the staff was always on point. Be it front desk, concierge or house keeping - all of them were really nice. Lamis (Front desk officer) stood out for sure!

It is slightly far from the Metro station and can be tricky to walk in summers but the rest is good. A lot of good options around the hotel though.

The location is fantastic! Free parking! Starbucks on the ground floor with direct access.

The housekeeping didn’t vacuum the carpets, they are dirty and stained. Did not always clean out our bin. One of the ladies at reception was very rude, however the rest of the staff are super friendly.
