Premier Inn Dubai Barsha Heights

First I will say it's a value for money. When u going with family and I love the breakfast ❣️. Also it's a good location to walk around. Also you can find the pubs around and they provide free bus service to Dubai Hills mall, al sufouh beach (beach near Burj Al Arab) and to nearest metro station. Pool is small one but not crowded, a small Gym also. Make sure to try drinks from their Mr toads pub, always discounted price. Staffs was friendly and warm welcoming. I stayed on Jun 2023

I don't find anything that made me feel " don't like" I stayed with family with 2 kids .for me all was good.

Brand new hotel, very clean, beds are very, very comfortable. They provide enough water bottles and fresh towels every day. Service is very polite. Costa coffee is good, you can have breakfast there. The summing pool is small but warm and pleasant. They provide new towels at the pool. Around the pool is very nice area, good view. The hotel is 10-15 min from Metro stop. There are free mini buses every hour to the metro and 2 times per day to a beach area.

Indeed we are glad that choose your hotel. It is close to Metro Station with Red line where almost all sightseeing locations are situated. It takes just 15 minutes to get to Marina district and 25 minutes to Burj Halif by metro. We visited number of Malls during 3 days Ibn Batuta (just 25 minutes by metro), Dubai Mall (just 25 minutes by metro, Emirates mall just 15 minutes by metro, Marina Mall and Blue Marina Malls just 10 minutes by metro). Price we paid fully worse Hotel service. Every day room was clean with new bed sets and towels. Small refrigerator in room to freeze some beverages, tea, coffee , sugar sets and cattle are in room. We wish hotel team and its owners and continue business development in the same style.

No toth brushes or tooth paste sets in room, night slippers

super hotel, perfect location, metro in 10 minutes, transfer to a train station and to a beach is in time, all staff is very kindly and friendly, everyone speaks English, a taste breakfast , the rooms are clean and light, everything is wonderful

From the time of Check In to Check Our all staff have been very kind and professional. From the reception Mr Blessing & Mr Sameer and from the breakfast lounge Ms Charity they are outstanding staff went the extra mile and helped me a lot during my stay. Over all the hotel cleanliness is spot on, rooms are spacious and well decorated. Beds and pillows are very comfy. Location of the hotel is very convenient, plenty of restaurants near by and taxis are available easily. Very quiet hotel. I would highly recommend it for families and couples and solo traveller's.

The room walls are not sound proof so you can hear everything from your neighbors room. My neighbors were quite disturbing in the night. The shower knobs to change the temperature are a bit confusing however manageable. As for the toiletries the shampoo and body shower gel bottle is very irritating and hard to press would prefer the normal small disposable toiletries. Should have more English TV Channels instead of Arabic.

I was very pleased with the helpful reception staff to receive a late check-out as I am usually working until later on the day of departure. Reception was also helpful with my room requests (bathtub, higher floor) Breakfast staff is also very friendly and prompt. The hotel is pleasantly quiet with minimal noise from other rooms or the hallway. Pleasant lobby space & good parking in the parking garage.

Healthy choices at breakfast are extremely limited. I basically only had porridge with some, nuts, yoghurt and a banana every day. And once an omelette which was very nice. The fruit salad is not good with mainly melons of which the water melon isn’t a good addition as it gets mushed and soggy.

Very nice comfortable bed. Super clean and the service staff was very friendly aswell. Good wifi.

access to basement parking was extremely narrow. suitable for tiny smart cars. I ended up scratching my car while driving and turning down the ramp :( Shower did not have sliding door, only a narrow glass panel. so water come out and accumulated Infront of the sink.

everything is great the room is clean and the bed very comfortable. many thank to Ms. Erika for assisting me during check-in and giving my room preferences and she put smile on her faces and she explained well about the hotel facilities. thats the real essence of customer service.

the toilet bath in not fully close glass. if you take shower the water came out and the floor gets wet and hopefully to put amenities in the toilet such us body lotion and conditioner.

I really like this place. The staff of the hotel were polite. The breakfast was varied; you could ask the cook to prepare different types of eggs, for example, an omelette with onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc. There were a lot of different types of meals, so everyone could find something for themselves. My room was always clean. Thank you, Wael, for that. What I also liked was that there was a free shuttle to the beach (where the water was so crystal clear), the shopping malls, and the metro station. I recommend this place, and if I am in Dubai one more time, I will choose this hotel again.

Close to metro stasion (10 minutes walking) and JBR. Good breakfast and Costa Cafe inside the hotel. Nice bar with low prices. Rooms are comfortable. Value for money.

A little bit far from the old city but did not really matter
