very nice location, room has washing machine and nice balcony i have to admit the professionalism of bell boy Denzil and room cleaning supervisor Abas, they made my stay much better

Big room, no need to "drift" between bed and luggage :) Had some kitchen appliances, especially liked big refrigerator - perfect to store some water, yoghurt, etc for kid. Also had microwave in case if any.

No plugs near the bed at all! 5 out of 5 my kid slept with the discharged phone near the pillow :( Also, there was no free plugs at all - even if they were UAE standard and I took adapter from the lobby - I had to unplug electric kettler in the small kitchen (I didn't need it, to tell the truth) to plug a phone for the charging. Also breakfast was poor, same everyday.

This was my second stay here, I defenitely love the hotel and hotel area, value for money, breakfast and location, easy access to metro. The complimemtary access to other hotels in Palm island is also great. Cleaning staff is supernice:)

I would like to bring to management attention that it is very uncommon and really inconveniente to ask for deposit only in cash and in local currency! Most people go back to their country after check out so then people have to change back your deposit to other currency, making guests loose money on converting twice! Would be great to have complimentary transport too to the hotels in Palm island.

All people working there were extremely polite and welcoming. Many thanks to Jane, Soukaina, and Sangita who helped me a lot with papers printing when I was in a hurry. Breakfast was tasty and left a good impression, gym and the pool at the rooftop are also nice things to have. Supermarkets, pharmacy are in the same building and offer wide variety of groceries and house keeping goods. Also, Dubai Internet City metro station is in five minutes - very convenient to get to the downtown. The area was not too crowded in October, but lively still.

Sometimes I felt like it was insufficient light in the bedroom. However, it can be by design - it's a bedroom, not a study.

The breakfast was a buffet with a variety of food and in case needed the chef made something for you immediately.

Sometimes, the hotel charges customers one or two days before their arrival. This is while I have chosen pay at the property option. This problem must be addressed. Since if I want to pay ahead of the time of my arrival, then I use options that bring about a discount for me!

Excellent mini apartment, perfect for long stays in Dubai when you want to save a bit and cook instead of eating out. Really good TV screen with reasonable selection

Shower was smallish, water pressure low, water not very hot.

Nice place with very good service, especially the housekeeping staff.. they are so kind and doing great job. The supervisor Rajenda Thapa was following everything and make sure about Room cleaning. He is so friendly and active.

I enjoyed the breakfast, the spacious room, and friendly staff.

The bathroom (especially the bathtub area) is not well-cleaned sometimes. It could have been better.

Despite some minor things, the overal experience was very good. Clean rooms, hard working friendly staff, and good quality for the price. The hotel is perfect for hopping in the metro red line.

I was a bit surprised that I couldn't get water during my breakfast, whereas sugary juices were available without a problem. I asked, but I couldn't get it. The restaurant staff is very friendly, but honestly speaking they require more training. They struggled to remember the orders in the restaurant when there were few people, sometimes my orders didn't come through at all. What also missed for me was the absence of water and towels in the gym. Especially during this COVID-19 era. It's a must. The pool space wasn't really appealing for me due to the small size and crowdedness.

Early check in as requested - was met with a little frustration, however they pulled out all the stops and I got into my room before 10,30am, which gave me the time to meet with friends as planned. Great location, taxi's at the end of the drive, Crown and Lion pub 2 minute walk, great supermarket 2 mins away, fantastic bistro in the hotel, lunches etc (not a fan of the breakfasts), staff very friendly and welcoming, pool area great (small but always found a bed/lounger) friendly guests and feels very safe in this Hotel, as a female travelling on my own.

Breakfast - although it suits international travellers. But the Lunches here are fantastic, best lentil soup I've tasted, plus lots of different cuisine for daytime.
