location, clean, warm, very comfortable, walks, nice atmosphere, relaxing, restaurant staff excellent - very friendly, well trained, knowledgeable about food/wine etc, Food lovely- amazing selection for breakfast, restaurant yummy too - loved the butter! Loved the tea pots that didn’t drip or spill 😄

Reception staff ok - felt I was disturbing them, going through the motions. Expected housekeeping every day for fresh towels etc but had to go to reception to ask for fresh towels etc - told that I had to request this service!! (we were in lodge). would have loved umbrellas in the Lodge when walking over & back to hotel. Would have liked robes & face cloths in too.

Room was beautiful, food was amazing and the wedding venue was lovely. Staff serving the dinner were really friendly and warm.

Staff at reception were extremely rude on multiple occasions. Very cold and unwelcoming when we arrived and were noticeably frustrated with the few questions we asked (directions and about where to store stuff). They then told us they were extremely busy and didn't have time to deal with us and to ask a busboy. On checkout they were just as rude and honestly it was enough to put us off ever returning. For such an expensive stay I wouldn't expect to be treated as an annoyance.

Staff friendly & helpful...reception..concierge...bar...restaurant. Niamh (evening) & Eadie (breakfast) looked after us superbly. Food was fantastic! Soup & Chicken Parfait for lunch when we arrived....the evening meal was exceptional - trout with apple/whisky jus hors d'oeurve was very different..then the curry & treacle breads were fab. Pigeon & Scallop starters were lovely. Duck main was sooo tasty...soffle & cherry/almond tart desserts were a great way to finish. 2 chocolates with happy annoversary plate too!! Breakfast next morning was lovely...pancakes & eggs benedict were lovely & supplemented by black/white puddings, bacon & sausage that were tremendous. Room was terrific overlooking the lake & 18th green...HUGE comfy bed...a bath that my wife loved in a great sized bathroom. A fantastic place to stay & we will return.

nothing!!

The staff were so friendly and helpful . Hotel was clean and inviting . There was a door close to our room to go down to the pool instead of going through the hotel. Food was lovely , good music in the bar . Dyson fan in the room , a coffee machine , water, chocolates on the pillow and a turn down service . Pool was very relaxed and quiet . Very quiet at night for sleeping . Beautiful scenery . Felt like royalty for the entire stay .

The pillow. Its is a very personal preference and no fault to the resort. I just prefer a firm pillow and I'm sure had I of asked they would have obliged .

From the moment we arrived at the reception until the day we checked out. It truly was a 5 star stay. Most of staff were very attentive but never intrusive. They made you feel at ease and able to enjoy the experience. Staff at the Loughside restaurant and the breakfast went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and converse with you which made you feel like you cared to them. Other staff though didn't make us feel welcomed so much but overall it was a memorable break. We've already booked for next year it was that good.

Some of the staff at the Bleaney bar were less attentive. One staff member didn't even acknowledge us when waiting to be served even when the bar was quiet he kept walking passed us lifting empty glasses or opening boxes etc . Didn't even offer a hello or ask if we needed a drinks menu. When eventually he asked us for our order he took it then half way though serving us he told someone else to finish it off and he went to do something else. Very passive and made us feel like we bothered him da bit. We then ordered some lunch and we sat for at least 30 mins before someone even came and took our order while others who seemed to be on the day spa breaks or in a bigger grouping were served and waited on hand and foot before us.

Such an amazing hotel with so much to do. The room was amazing with lovely decor and all the amenities you could need, bottled water, toiletries, hairdryer, fan, safe and iron. The onsuite bathroom was top class with an amazing bath and a powerful shower. In the evening the room would get a turn down service with the bed ready for you to get into it and little chocolates on your pillow. The gym was well kitted out and could work out in peace. The swimming pool was class with a private door directly down from your room on each corridor with robes provided in your room to go down in. I also had a lovely SPA treatment during my stay of a neck, back and shoulder massage along with a facial and it was so relaxing with herbal tea and fruit served afterwards in a private relaxation room. The food in the hotel was amazing, we ate in the blarney bar which had the most amazing burger and we ate in the Loughside Bar & Grill which also had lovely food and great views of the lough. The public areas in the hotel were so nicely decorated and my favourite room was the Library, it was all very regal. We also played golf during our stay starting at the driving range and moving on to the Castle Hume course on the grounds, was great craic and very relaxing and such a great course. The staff at the hotel couldn't of been anymore helpful, our bags were brought to our room on arrival, checking in was so easy and requests we had were granted, the bar staff at the blarney bar were amazing and waited on us the whole 3 days of our stay. The staff were also able to accommodate a golf buggy tour of the grounds and it was simply breathtaking with such views and knowledge of the area. Thank you to Lough Erne for an amazing stay would highly recommend.

Stunning hotel in a beautiful location. Staff were really welcoming and pleasant. Food was amazing, we were attending a wedding reception so never had the chance to eat in the restaurant for lunch or dinner. We struck gold with the weather which was a bonus!

The room was so hot, the windows were stiff and couldn't get them opened, there is a dyson fan in the rooms but it was still quite warm and noisy over night. Breakfast caused confusion, although it's a buffet, there is also a menu which you can only order a few things off, maybe remove the items from the menu that are available at the buffet?! Even though the waiter took the order, we were abruptly told after that we couldn't order from the menu.....food was lovely once sorted!

Our room was fabulous. It was overlooking the Lough. The staff at check were extremely helpful. Beautiful walks and the pool was lovely, again looking out onto the Lough. Looking forward to returning.

We had to eat in the bar as the other two restaurants were booked. There was no seats in the bar so we were told to sit in the lobby and some one would get our drink order and then let us know when a table would be read for dinner.. It took 20 mins to get our drink order. After an hour, we still hadn't be called for dinner, so I went to enquire. Turns out, they forgot about us and tables were available. Apart from this, everything was great.

We had a very warm welcome from Mary and Trevor at reception. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated and had all the modern amenities you would hope to find. The beef at The Blaney Bar was delicious. The grounds are beautiful, we enjoyed a lovely morning walk before breakfast. All the staff we encountered were warm and welcoming.

The salmon at The Blaney Bar lacked flavour. There were flies on the cereals and pastries at the breakfast buffet, it would’ve been great if they were covered to avoid that. The breakfast wasn’t of a five star standard.
