The Beaches Hotel

We love the area in general & the hotel is marvellous

There was a guy sitting outside in the hotel grounds on a bench . There everytime we came out or back in. Obviously smoking Cannabis staff must of been aware of this . As we could smell it from our room. This should have been stopped!! Also people in next room to us were Very noisy & ignorant to anybody else staying there. Banging on doors & shouting in the early hours!!

Location absolutely fabulous next to the beach. Short walk to town. Food was really nice and a good choice available. Service in the bar reasturant was good. Will certainly be making a return visit.

Pool should have separate times for children as most other hotels we visit have. The pool is not large so to have a large number of children and inflatables doesn't really work out. Short on changing room and lockers. The shower doors in our room did not fully close so the toilet/shower loom got very wet. We did report it to reception twice, but it was not rectified during our stay.

Everything was excellent. we stayed at the superior sea view room and it was spacious with comfy bed and lovely bath. can’t rave enough on how friendly and helpful staff was to us. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was lovely with great drinks to enjoy on the deck., we enjoyed the pool very much can’t wait to return again ♥️

Excellent location, plenty of parking at the front. staff friendly and helpful and were kind to my children. Right on the sea front with views up the coast to Rhyl and the hills. A decent sized swimming pool which was warm. we ate at the restaurant and I had the burger, juicy and delicious, chips crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, sticky toffee pudding was exceptional. All very reasonably priced with views out to see. I woke up to a sea view in our family room which was clean and comfortable with the added bonus of 2x shower rooms. Breakfast was good with great service from Sue in particular.The beach is clean and there is a good beach cafe and amusements 10 mins stroll up the beach. I picked this hotel totally at random and I am so glad that I did. Probably in my top 3 family nights away. Great family memories made.

The mattress on the bed it was extremely bouncy and two of us would fall into middle it made my back and body problems worse the reception lady's said they knew of the problem long ago !! And that the whole 4 poster bed was to be removed!! So why wasn't it removed when they knew it was a problem!!!??? The silly 2 little bottles of water they provide on day of arrival omg please provide bigger bottles of water also the menu is rubbish for evening meals stop with just the fancy food and bring in pie n mash and vegetables chips pies and vegetables lasagne and chips and garlic bread apple pie and custard steamed pudding and custard nice cheese toasties baked potatoes with a choice of fillings I'm sure your clients will love these food choices

When me and my Daughter first arrived on the 8/8/2023 and checked in to the Beaches Hotel in Prestayn. We where greeted by a member of staff named Valerie and was very friendly and chatty and told us everything we needed to know and also about what is available to what is in near by attractions. Me and my daughter felt this was very important and made our first day very welcoming, accomdating and comfortable. Thanks Valerie. The beaches hotel is situated on the promenade and beach and met our expectations, warm and cosey all litten up at night time. Breakfast was included and exellent choice, clean and fresh and not greasy and staff were fabulous and catered are needs.We visited ryhl, which was 16 mins away driving distance and abergele which was in approxamately around 18 mins. Handy to local chip shops near by driving and walking distance and also close to the Crazy golf and Nova centre and the High street retail park a fews mins drive away to your closest Tesco.

Few strange sounds as if we was in the swimming baths or bath running and bubbling, that could be due to us being below the jaccuzzi and spa the room we had.

Breakfast was lovely, the choice was varied and the portions very good. I had breakfast twice and I was not disappointed. The service was first class. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Tables were cleared really quickly and you were served quickly too. Dinner - I had a meal once in the restaurant and this was lovely too. The girl who served me was very friendly and spared the time to have a bit of a chat with me. Another lady asked if everything was ok too. Room - Bathroom lovely, the view was ok.

Room - (not saying I didn't like the whole room). The room was ok, bathroom lovely, the view was ok, the only let down was that the floor had not been hoovered properly (bits of food and nail clipping)

The location is great, having a pool was a big bonus for us.being right in the beach was brilliant. Breakfast at the restaurant is superb, including efficiency, variety, quality & friendliness. Bar manager was great

Very expensive considering the state of the place, needs a proper makeover to warrant the price.the bed was very soft, me and the wife struggled in the morning but maybe this is personal preference. Most of the staff were excellent (bar manager/reception staff and restaurant) but a few of the younger members were ignorant, slow, thoughtless and forgetful of orders.the dorma windows were either fully open or closed, needs attention as we were scared our 5yr old could fall out

The hotel was right on the beach front so perfect for strolls, free parking opposite the hotel, we had a fantastic family room with a partition and TVs both sides, and the range of options for breakfast was great. The food is good.Vegan and eco friendly shower gel and shampoo too. The pool was a bonus and towels supplied at reception for use of the facilities. The most outstanding thing was the staff, they were so welcoming, friendly, helpful and courteous, we felt really well looked after at each interaction. We would love to stay again.

I can't think of anything, we all give it top marks.

What an amazing place to stay. We had a sea view room and was so lovely waking up to the sound of the sea. Having two chairs infront of the bedroom window to sit and watch the waves and everyone on the beach was so relaxing! A lovely scenic 15 minute walk into Prestatyn for a coffee was great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was delicious. We highly recommend the chicken and leek pie and stuffed chicken!! We would 110% recommend you visit and we will definately be back ASAP! Thank you to everyone making our stay so lovely. 💓
