King's Suite at The Copthorne, Colwyn Bay, LL29 7YP

The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and were delivered to our room. A fantastic Welsh breakfast, 2 eggs/2 sausages, 3 rashers of bacon, mushrooms, hash browns, tomatoes and black pudding. The fridge was well stocked with fruit (melon, strawberries etc) yoghurt, orange juice and even a bottle of bubbly. Lovely choice of cereals. Jane couldn't do enough for us to make our stay absolutely perfect, she even collected us from the station and took us to the station when we left. A short pleasant walk to a brilliant prom.

Loved the welcome and the attention to detail, especially the bubbly,flowers & card for our anniversary. Very well stocked fridge with wine. Tea,bread & milk also. Breakfast's brilliant, with excellent choices, delivered to our suite. Jane was a lovely, attentive but certainly not intrusive, host.Thought of everything. A fantastic week. Thanks Jane.

Parking on the driveway a little tight. ( would have had to be the nearby, quiet road otherwise) Ok for our small car though! This didn't spoil our stay in any way!

All of it was splendid Clean, luxurious mini suite The dining area was amazing and the bedroom was large and bed so comfy..bathroom was new and plenty of room. Breakfast was amazing and plenty of it..the fridge is full of goodies even a small prosecco , microwave, toaster kettle in room along with leather settee, huge TV and dining table

There was everything anyone could need.the only thing is needs a mirror near plug point to use hairdryer and maybe hand towels in bathroom, but yes it was great.

I am writing this positive review with great reluctance, as I almost want to keep this little gem all to myself! Where shall I start! We was greeted with the most friendliest of welcomes, absolutely everything about the room, location and even dining out recommendations was volunteered to us. The room was perfect, with every little detail taken care of. I cannot wait to book a return visit.

There is nothing that I could be done to improve this property as I feel it is already perfect.

Breakfast was very good. It had to be ordered by text the previous evening. The view from the front window was very good. The pre-stocked fridge was great! Shower and bathroom facilities very good. Our hostess was very helpful, and quickly resolved any minor queries. The flat was generally well equipped.

The WiFi was quite unreliable, and not very fast. There were 2 TV's, one in the front bedroom, which was fine, an even larger one in the rear lounge, had few channels and slow EPG. In all the EPG showed 50 channels, some of which were radio I think, and the TV didn't have all the Freeview channels - for example, Film 4 wasn't available but Film 4 +1 was. Generally the light levels were low, making reading difficult. The hostess quickly provided a stand reading lamp which proved very useful.

This place was truly a suite of rooms. A fab bedroom with gorgeous distant views to the sea, a beautifully fitted bathroom plus a sitting room and dining area with multiple provisions including a bottle of Prosecco, choice of bread ,plus cereals , cookies etc , etc and this as as well as an excellent cooked breakfast brought to your room .it is situated in a quiet upmarket area of Colwyn Bay .Jane , the host was most helpful throughout including changing dates to avoid me travelling when the big storm this weekend was at its peak

A very small gripe but I would have appreciated a better light at the side of the bed for reading.

Facilities were immaculately presented and clean. Very warm, comfy bed, spacious and quiet. Close to the town centre, restaurants and beach. Hosts were very friendly, recommending places to visit and arranging taxis for us. The full English breakfast was perfect, very well cooked and tasty. I think this place is great value for money and we will definitely visit again in the furture

the property was excellent in every way. clean,tidy, fully kitted out with everything you could need and in a nice quiet area. breakfast was brilliant. the fridge was stocked with everything you could need including a bottle of Prosecco which was a very nice gesture. you have done yourselves proud with the service you have provided. thanks again. will be back for sure 😁

Situated in a quiet residential street with plenty of parking. The accommodation was spacious, plenty of storage space. Luxurious bathrobes. Lovely sea view to the front and woodland to the rear. A welcome bottle of bubbly in the fridge. Top branded foodstuffs provided bread, butter, condiments, milk, orange juice. A full Welsh breakfast utilising top quality, locally sourced produce. Our hostess was gracious, welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was spotless. Two top of the range TV’s provided. Close to all amenities. We will definitely be returning and highly recommending the establishment.

Immaculate and lots of complimentary items provided. Robes, toiletries including a disposable toothbrush. Prosecco in the fridge and lots of breakfast items (cereal, milk and fruit) our late night snack The cooked breakfast was huge, and a nice touch to bring it to your room.

Wasn’t a problem to us, but quite a distance from the seafront.
