Overall clean and comfy room. Close enough to everything while not being directly on a main road (over behind a daycare)
When I asked about coffee, I was told I could find it in my room. There was only decaf. Later I saw people getting coffee in the lobby and asked if I could get some, sure they said. It was cold! Minor inconvenience. The room had wet floors along the outside of the bathroom wall.

Only 1 luggage rack available for the entire hotel. Maintenance did not respond to request to fix shower door and frame that fell apart during stay.

Really loved Eva, so down to earth and great personality. She was also very friendly and very approachable she was like a friend.
That when we got there it would be a charge for any store items of 60.00 on our card before we even purchased anything. We were told that the amount would be put back on our card but we haven't seen that happen yet and still waiting.

We have been to many Hampton Inn locations, but this one's breakfast was lacking. They were out of most items (no waffle mix, hot water to make grits was cold, juice was out).

I was more than impressed when we arrived later than expected due to rain and when I went to park my car, the manager came out to ensure I got to my parking spot and walked in safely. The area is safe but it meant a lot to me he took the extra time to ensure my safety.

My stay was great. The bathroom shower door needs replacing. There is a lot of mold around the bottom of it. Hotel is close by restaurants and shopping stores.

The lady that was working the breakfast, she was very polite and sweet
