Baymont by Wyndham Florence/Muscle Shoals

We did not eat the breakfast as we were in a hurry to get to a baseball tournament. The room was basic but comfortable, clean, and surprisingly quiet even though the rooms opened to the outside near a highway.

We had no idea that there was not an elevator on site. The desk manager helped us get our luggage upstairs. We are senior citizens and I think it should be clear that rooms are not accessible except by stairwell. The room was clean and well maintained, the exception being that the Toilet did not seem like it was stable. It rocked.

This hotel was very pleasant and inexpensive. The shower was great. The bed was comfortable. The woman who welcomed us was accommodating and funny.

The breakfast was chewy granola bars. The hotel started that the breakfast service had been updated due to COVID, but this is by far the most meager offerings I have seenu the hotel in the last year. I think you should take the statement about breakfast off your posting for this hotel.

I loved the pancake machine! I had never seen anything like that and the pancakes were perfect. The only downside to breakfast was that there was no juice available. In addition to the pancakes, there were 2 kinds of cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, eggs and sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt and coffee and hot tea. Our room was spotless and the grab bars in the bathroom were perfect for anyone who has a problem with balance. Very very polite staff upon check in and again when checking out.

Check in was fast and efficient. The bed was conformable.

It may have been the cleaning products but there was a strange odor on entering the room, but turning on air this dispersed. The only area that really needed to be swept was right out side the door. There were a couple of cigarette butts and small litter that I stepped over. So sidewalk outside entrances needed a good sweep.

Check in friendly and fast. The room was very clean and practically furnished. The air conditioning wasn't too loud. The breakfast was ok. The location is very good. Quiet and shopping and eating right next door. We only stayed one night but I would stay there again anytime

I didn’t eat breakfast. I checked out early to get back to the hospital to be with my Father.

I wanted a shower immediately upon arrival. A roach ran out as I turned the water on and that kind of set the tone. I was then worried how many would I find and it made me worried they’d be in the bed.

The bed was very comfortable! The water was very hot, just like I like it! I was able to take a long hot shower.

The refrigerator wobbled. No big deal but it bothered me. No real complaints. First room we were given smelled like smoke so we went back to the office and they gave us another room and it was much better!

It was convenient and easy access to my destination. The room was average but comfortable.

Their breakdast was very limited in variety. The pancake making appliance and the orange juice dispenser were both out of order which was disappointing. Their coffee was very good!

The Breakfast was great, This room was so clean and smelled so good and we loved the bed it was perfect. Will definitely stay there ever time we come back.

The tv channels could be better.

Great location!! Near all shopping and dining. 13 Minutes away from Florence Sportplex.

NO POOL. Pool was closed during these extremely hot days a pool would have been nice.
