Comfort Inn and Suites - Tuscumbia/Muscle Shoals

The close proximity to area attractions and restaurants was great. Close to the interstate but you didn't hear the traffic.

Parking was challenging at times. Too many spaces for compact cars(I drive a full size truck) a couple of spaces reserved for (Choice Members) and some construction trucks I assume belonged to guest working in the area. The clerk that checked me in didn't program my access card for the correct amount of days.

I liked the location of this hotel, it was conveniently located near stores, restaurants, etc. The staff were friendly and quick to help with any problems. The room was also very clean.

The bed was a bit lumpy and creaky, and the bathtub, although clean, was very slippery. I have a baseball size bruise on my leg from slipping as I stepped into the tub. Wish they had a non-slip surface. I also didn't like that no breakfast was offered, although it was supposed to be included in my room cost. They could at least have some kind of food available for breakfast.

The property was right off the highway, this made it easy to find. At first glance it looks a little old on the outside. Upon entering I was greeted by a very nice lady. Check in was quick, we had a reservation. Due to COVID the breakfast wasn’t available, but they did have a grab n go alternative. I was pleasantly surprised at the appearance on the inside. It was clean, smelled clean. I’ve been in newer hotels that have a stuffy, musty smell. Not here. We reserved a King Suite, the room was a good size. The room and bathroom were clean. There was a sign posted saying we may not get room service due to them being short staff, however upon returning from our event, our room was cleaned and we had fresh towels as well. That was another pleasant surprise. I have nothing negative or any suggestions for improvement for this property. Everything was great! The price was well worth it. We will definitely book it again the next time we come to this event!

I ESPECIALLY loved the excellent water pressure in the shower. Enjoyed the soft, fluffy towels, the comfortable beds and appreciated how clean everything was. The staff were very friendly as well. Will definitely stay here again.

I didn't like that the complimentary breakfast was not available, but Covid.

Clean and Hospitable

Shower didn't work and other guests were arguing half the time we were there along with someone smoking pot in the laundry room.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional. Gave a good recommendation on where to eat. Felt very safe.

The room was a little damp feeling but after the air ran for a little while, it was more comfortable.

Everyone was great,foods was good and we had a great stay.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Michael, who was very accommodating. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Also love the location.
