Hampton Inn & Suites-Florence Downtown

They staff done everything they could to accommodate us. We was in town cause our daughter was at cheer camp at UNA and we didn't want to be 2 hrs away. So when we got there Friday at 10:45 am and dropped her off we had a lot of time before the 4pm check in. So we stopped by and checked to see what the possible earliest we could check in. And with no hesitation the lady checked the rooms and had us a room ready by noon. I was so happy. she said she understood cause she would do the same for her daughter she wouldn't leave and be 2 hrs away. So I want to say this hotel and staff has our business from now on.

Absolutely nothing. I had the best experience here. I would not change anything.

The breakfast was good and typical. Plenty to eat and nice choices. The fresh mixed fruit bowl was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking was convenient and the motel was accessible to downtown.

The plumbing in our bathroom was not good. The hot water faucet leaked profusely when the cold water was turned on. Also, the toilet did not flush properly the morning we were to leave which was most inconvenient.

It was a completely pleasant experience from the hotel's part. The staff was amazing, the room was roomy and comfortable. We will be going back to Florence and will be staying there again for sure!

NOT THE HOTEL's FAULT but the last morning the electricity went off and never came back on until after we checked out. Made it a difficult morning for sure but when we went outside, NOBODY had electricity including the traffic lights.

Great breakfast and wonderful room to eat it. Staff was friendly and helpful at every encounter.

Several interior doors on our floor and the restroom door near the breakfast room were sticking pretty badly. Took some effort to open and made noise. Especially distracting at night when other guests came and went on our floor. Our room door did not shut itself after we exited, which could be a security concern. Also, Hilton has put a lot of effort into using recyclable cups and plates etc in the breakfast room, but there were no containers for recycling, only trash bins.

The employee at check in went out of her way to help me since we could not pull up my reservation from booking .com. She took it upon herself to to find us a room and would not take credit card payment although they were booked and personally contacted booking.com to find out why our reservation did not show up.

Location to our event. Staff was amazing, I needed hairspray and wasn't aware of the "sweet shop", she told me about it and saved us a trip to the store!

Indoor pool closing at 10pm, due to our competition schedule we were unable to make use of it.

We loved it had an indoor pool and hot tub! A complimentary breakfast was great! Late night snack shop, microwave, and refrigerator in the room!

We really wish the coffee makers in the room were standard size. Those mini coffee makers only offer a couple cups. Making several trips to the lobby and back to the room.

Hotel was located to quite a few things as far as sightseeing. It was easy to get in and out of traffic wise.

Bed was not comfortable for my bad back. A lot of channels on the TV did not work.

the beds were super comfy! the complimentary cookies and coffee at night were such a treat upon arrival! the continental breakfast was delicious and everything was super clean.

our room was close to the elevator so some noise could be heard.

Staff and location

Room needs a deep cleaning. I do not like to find someone else’s hair on the tub. Drape needs to be re-hung.
