The friendliness of the staff. Property was clean. Breakfast was nice to have.

The bathroom. No door to toilet area, the big sliding door was not really quiet or efficient. If someone is using the sink area, nobody else could use the toilet or the shower. Very poor planning. Hot foods on breakfast bar were poor quality and put in water to keep moist, however it made everything flavorless and rubbery.

This hotel is located in a nice area with restaurants within walking distance. The parking is convenient and easily accessible. The room layout was very conducive to having our family all together without feeling cramped. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Even the breakfast was fantastic.

Although the mattress was better than some that I have used, it was a bit uncomfortable to me and my back. Otherwise, we were pleased with everything about our stay.

The street noise was pretty bad but I know the hotel can not control that. There were little kids that kept knocking on my door the second morning we were there and the parents did nothing to stop them. That is also not the hotel's fault... just bad parenting !

The front desk staff was amazing. They were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was perfect. Such a luxury to be able to walk right out of your hotel to restaurants in a park like setting…very tranquil.

Breakfast was magnificent! Great variety and good food! Location was good, off the “beaten path” (which I like).

The pool was out of service, but these things happen, I guess. I know it’s out of your control, but the construction immediately outside of my window was loud and started at the crack of dawn every morning. (No sleeping in on my vacay).

it is convenient for the purpose of our visit. We stay here a couple of times a year and it is away from the heavy traffic in Huntsville.

the construction in the back has parking in disarray, but this isn’t the hotel’s fault and the work hard to keep this from being a problem.

Upon arrival I was met with a smile from the sweetest gentleman. It was our anniversary, so he had a special gift for us. The room was amazing, spacious, and very comfortable!!! Breakfast was tasty. There was coffee 24/7!!! Will stay here again!!

I liked the setting with area eateries in walking distance. The bed was great…the pillows were exceptional. no neck or back pain.

kinda awkward trying to get to the parking lot. I had to go past the entrance and turn around down from the hotel.

We didn't get up early enough to take advantage of the food. But the room and any questions that we had were all answered with a courteous smile and good information to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. We didn't hear other occupants- very quiet.

Can't think of any thing that could have been better.

The atmosphere and everything around the area was nice.

The pool wasn’t heated and not as big as expected. Was hoping an indoor pool would’ve been better option. 3 and 4 foot depth would be good mainly for kids.
