The appearance and cleanliness of the hotel was a huge plus and it was comfortable didn't have to worry about loud guest or atmosphere. Love that it's pet friendly but make sure you let them know upon arrival about your pet even if you use a app to reserve and pay for your room ahead of time cause when you check out you'll get charged a fee of 50 each night for the pet instead of the policy stated fee of 25 a night. Besides that whammy of hit to us at check out the hotel really was very clean respectful and friendly and very helpful whenever we needed anything.

The secret pet fee that got doubled and slapped on us at check out even though I stated in my reservation thru a mobile app I needed pet friendly and at any point during our stay was informed of any additional pet fees but at check out they decided to not only charge the 50 for the pet but an additional 50 fee cause they claimed nothing was said about our pet which there was when I made my reservations and paid for my reservation as well.

The staff however were great. We weren't able to arrive until well after midnight, and the night shift was professional and courteous. Any staff interactions we had were all just the same, courteous and professional. The overall cleaning was well done, the breakfast was tasty, too. Breakfast was continental, various foods so everyone can find something they like. The pool was clean and they gave you pool towels on request, with posted signs. The location is convenient to some food and shopping. We were there for five days.

I wish when the coffee and shower items were finished in our room, they'd have been replaced the next day or two. Oh and if you want water, in the morning fill your water bottles with the filtered water from the juice machine in the breakfast room. The tap water tasted awful to us, but the filtered water from the juice machine was much better. When I asked the staff about it the lady at the front desk gave us two water bottles to get us through, which was nice of her.

the staff at night was fabulous. shout out to Addie. she had a wonderful personality and was an absolute delight.

the morning staff left a bitter taste in my mouth. we went to get breakfast with my youngest and was going to bring some food to my husband and other son and was yelled at and told no food was to go upstairs.

Staff was friendly and the beds were super comfy.

The carpet floors were pretty gross. We had to keep our shoes on until we got in bed because our socks turned black within a few mins of being there.

The property was very clean from the moment you entered the doors. Brandy, the front desk attendant was super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were also very clean and stocked with towels and had plenty of pillows.

Nothing, the property was great for our overnight stay!

The staff is very sweet and accommodating. The breakfast is amazing. My room was nice and clean and up-to-date. the hotel is nice in a nice location also. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone

I really like everything about the hotel

Excellent staff. We had the perfect amount of privacy! We especially appreciated that our pets were allowed. The desk clerk gave us a room on the first floor since we were traveling with a baby and dogs and that was very thoughtful. Wonderful location near lots of shopping and restaurants!

The air conditioner was off when we arrived and it took several hours for our room to cool after we turned it on. The rooms are also a bit dated.

Clean hotel, friendly staff and the room was clean. Restaurants within walking distance if you didn't want to order in and it was a quiet stay.

Pillows on King size bed were on the small size and towels need to be plentiful or a king room but staff is more than helpful. No snack machines with the soda machine either. Breakfast was okay but needed to be refilled for those that don't show up at 6 am,

Great location when I visit. I stay here everytime I'm in Huntsville might not use Again. I travel to Huntsville twice a year .

On Sunday the desk clerk let 10 people swim in pool that were not booked into hotel. Also my room a/c was leaking . I notified clerk and they did not fix or offer another room

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, facility was in a great location, and the breakfast was just like home! Would definitely stay again as well as recommend it to others!

Housekeeping made a little too much noise in the hallway a little too early in the morning.
